      I bought a set of tires for my 2007 GMC ****** on 03-06-2021. On 02-01-2022 I noticed a crack on my right rear tire. I took my truck to the business on ************* *******. When I get there I told the attendant about my issue. He goes into the office and after a few minutes he and the owner come out to see my tire. The owner tells me that it looked like I hit something and that they wouldnt help me. He even proceeded to show me how it happened. He used a box cutter and an old tire to show me how it could happened. I flatly refused to accept that explanation and told him again that I hadnt hi anything. He went as far as telling me that if I was a little more intelligent I could see that the explanation made sense. When he was demonstrating I started filming with my phone and he got upset and confrontational. He started using foul language about me. Then is when I decided to leave. I know for a fact that I didnt hit anything. And all I want is the tire to be replaced.
