    This business is a scam and their priorities are primarily focused on financial gain rather than the well-being of their patients.Pre-payment is required for any treatments and/or treatment plan - a practice that raises eyebrows considering the industry norms. Once they have your money, good luck getting it back even if you choose not to proceed with services.The insistence on signing an Arbitration form before receiving treatment, essentially stripping away any recourse for legal action, is QUITE unsettling and not indicative of an ethical business. I thought this was fishy and did not sign it.***** (the individual in the "finance" office that you meet after your consult) is pushy and takes advantage of vulnerable individuals to pressure them into signing up for treatment. She will push discounts, tell you how sick you look and how bad you need treatment - dont fall for any of it. All of my interactions with her VERY off-putting.As I am exploring legal avenues to address some matters, I wont delve into specific details regarding my experience here. However, I feel compelled to warn others to exercise EXTREME caution when considering engaging with this establishment.
