  Yesterday Saturday 6/3/23 At 10am I went to Al’s Jewerly address ***** ****** **** **** * **** ** *** **** *** *****. I brought a lot of my white gold Jewerly. To clean repolish n change the batteries of my 3 expensive watch ******* **** with real gold chains n inside with small diamond around it . White Movado bangles watch and gold Gucci watches. Also Bangles Diamond Bracelet with 12 diamond on it . 3 thin bracelets white gold and my white gold chains necklace I gave to him name **** the jewerler He said he need to inspect it n check . He took all of them inside n it take a long time about 10 min later he said he returned my bangles diamond bracelet can not do anything.. and told me to come back in 2 hour noon. So I went home. When I got home I check my diamond bracelet 3 of diamonds was switch with fake n smaller stone . I know he snatched it because I use this bracelet for over 40 years from my mom heirloom. So I came back n recorded our conversation n complained. He said he don’t even touch it . And my gold watch was missing a piece of chain. He said inside my watch was empty. What is that doesn’t make sense I was wearing it all year and the battery was dead last week. And my Gucci watch he said he can’t fix it . He denied all. I didn’t have approve what he did because he inside the other room I don’t know how many people don’t realize that he did to other customers n 28 years business. Please investigate it. Thank you

  Having read an reviewed this complaint we maintain that **** ******** is making a baseless accusation, and we will not be settling for anything that we have not committed.  Her claim that we made changes to 3 of her stones in 10 minutes is not a feat capable by our team or something that we would even consider a suggestion to her item regardless of item condition, we have only performed a standard cleaning service to the bracelet and polishing for another set of items, also we have not stated that we cannot repair her watch it was brought in with an unknown condition to which we notified her of and offered her to have the item reviewed for a repair quote which she rejected.  We have done no wrong to her and we will maintain that we are innocent of any wrongdoings.
