    On may ******* statewide auto finance came and Repo my car. I was not three money behind. They came up with I own a car note from March *******. So I checked in to that they was right. But than I send them a Receipt of me paying March *******. So it was paid.and when they took it I was paying my car note every month. So some people was going to help me with my credit. Come to fine out. When the took my car it was already paid off. So Im Hired me A lawyer because I knew something wasnt right. And when u go to my Credit report. It says that my car was paid off I knew it. Im *** them. They stole my car And probably resell it. This is not right

    These allegations are all false. The vehicle was lawfully repossessed for nonpayment. Miss ******** chose not to redeem her vehicle from repossession. Her car was not paid off and she has over a year left on her loan which I explained to her over the phone.

    my vehicle was repossessed illegally . Business stated that I paid for vehicle with a check and I paid with cash . Business told me I can get my car in two days and within one day I received a email stating that car was being sold in an auction . However I saw business put my car back on the car lot for resell .

    My ************ purchased each a vehicle from Statewide and My GL 450 engine light cane on the next day of purchase and since our purchase of our vehicles we have been taking our vehicles in to get repairs done that they say they fixed. I have let them know all the issues from the day after till today regarding the vehicle. They sent a tow truck driver to pick up my daughter car n the tow driver busted her sun roof and I sent my vehicle with another tow driver and yesterday 6/14/2024 i picked up my GL 450 and there is a dent in the door. So not only ate they not fixing the cars right they are damaging our vehicles as well. We are asking for our money back. Ww are paying a lot more out of pocket than we should. Cars are too old to go through Lemon law.

    These tow truck companies are not affiliated with our company in any way. They are third party companies that the customer hired. She would need to contact the tow truck companies and file a claim with their insurances.

    The tow truck driver we got their number from Statewide Auto sales. both companies that missed up mine and my daughter car. but my complaint has to do with Statewide selling us vehicles that have issues and they dont fix it after having them for days. n just expect to put a bandaid over the issue. please call me **************. ******

    Hello. The transporters that damage the cars are third-party companies that are not owned or affiliated with Statewide auto sales. They are separate companies from us. Vehicles have been repaired.

    I purchased a vehicle from statewide auto sales 12/7/2023. I was told and shown the car fax and informed that the care was in great working condition. Since then, i have had several issues with the vehicle and have taken it back to Satewide Auto sales on several occasions and each time i was told the issues were fixed, and they have NEVER provided me any maintenance receipts to confirm. Over the last 6 months I have had electrical issues with the car where it causes the car to shake and multiple alerts appear on the dashboard, I even paid for a new battery thinking that was the issue but it was not. When I call I always get the run around. My last encounter with them was verbal communication where they asked me to bring in the car yet again and leave it there for as long as it needs to be fixed. This Place sold me a lemon and now I'm reaping the unfortunate benefits of it. This place is a scam and should be on high alert.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have mentioned that I was having issues with the car starting and so that has caused me to not be able to drive the car. I live in a different city and therefore will need to make arrangements to get the car to them. This would be my 3rd time bringing th car back to them within a 6 month period. I am being inconvenienced in this situation. The business is closed on Sunday which is typically the only day I would be available to make arrangements to drop the car off. I am still working on returning the car to them due to the issues I previously mentioned.

    I bought a vehicle here and it was a lemon car. I took it back for a full refund and they put on my credit report as my Account Status Derogatory!! I want to dispute this to take this off of my credit report because I returned the car due to the many problems I was having with the vehicle!!!

    Statewide is a car lot that caters to people in bad credit situations, and in other situations that prohibit them from getting cars from standard car lots. On July 5, 2023 I purchased a 2012, ********* CLS 550. The car was sold to me for $25,000 roughly and the lot required a 30% down payment for the initial purchasing of the vehicle. Today I have the ****** Blue Book value of my car (which was not provided at the initial purchase) and my vehicle today worth ***** roughly. I have and Maintained a car note of 550 a month and the car up until now. I have replaced major parts on the car like: alternator, starter, coolant system, shocks etc I go through a personal mechanic, who maintains his receipts online, as well as I have copies of receipts pertaining to my repairs. It hasnt even been a year and Ive at least spent over $7000 on unexpected repairs.Just recently in February, they made a mistake of switching my name up with another person named ************** paid 1000$ in February and they gave my credits to her and her vehicle. By the time I figured this out my car had been mistakenly towed. I convinced the tow truck driver to release the car with a payment of 400$ but unfortunately my car was damaged in the process. I had my car diagnosed and once again, I am looking at major issues that will cost thousands of dollars. I expressed my concerns to the lot and all they can do was tell me about my past due balance. They are uninterested in helping me so at this point I am stuck paying for a car a cant even drive. Again, this lot is supposed to cater to people in bad situations pertaining to credit and other issues that most car lots come with. All this car lot has done for me is put me financially in an even worse situation. The situation doesnt get better. It just keeps getting worse and ** considering seeking an attorney but *** never had or worked with one. Im definitely in need of help so I figured Id start here.

    To start off we did not repossess this customers vehicle. I am uncertain of what circumstance she is referring to. We requested to see an invoice or receipt for the $400.00 she paid to the repo company but she did not provide it to us. It was not a company contracted by our company which I explained to her. If she is having issues with the car she is more than welcome to bring the vehicle to our facility for us to diagnose.

    I am requesting my money back from Statewide Auto Sales.On 1/26/2024 I purchased a Gold 2007 GL450 ******** **** with a 30 day Warranty from Statewide Auto Sales.The engine light came on the same day while I was driving, it stopped and I never made it home. I made Statewide aware and took it back. They said it was fixed it. I came and got it. I drove it home and it seemed good for one day. The next day I went to work and ****** made it. Once I got there I could not get the car started. This was second time. I called them and they towed it back to the shop. It stopped a third time after I picked it up and this time I had it diagnosed independently and took the report to them. At this time they stated they would fix it again but they had to wait for parts. I have had to rent a car for a month off and on, because Statewide has had the car in their possession attempting to "fix" the problem. In fact Statewide has had this car in it's possession for most of the warranty.The fourth time the engine light came on was 3/7/24 when they said it was finally fixed. As soon as I get in the car and start to drive it the light came on. I immediately took it back and told them I wanted to swap out. The car the they wanted to give me tail lights didn't work. Under the California Lemon Law for used cars it states I am eligible for a reimbursement if:I bought the car from a retailer There is an active warranty on the car, whether that is the original manufacturers warranty or an extended warranty given by the retailer.The pre-owned vehicle has a substantial defect.The pre-owned vehicle has spent an excessive amount of time in the shop.Despite a reasonable number of repair attempts, the car still is not fixed.I have had the car less than a week in total.My warranty has expired but only because Statewide kept the car beyond the 30 days in it's possession. This car does not hold the value of the purchase price and it is a danger to me.
