I placed an order by phone, and signed for what's was agreed, 11 sheets of painted forest green PBR metal. I received all 11 of the sheets paint on one side, and (3) three of them scratched chipped and with dents across them. Im asking for a return of three sheets of metal to be replaced, or refunded. I spoke to my sales rep who handled my order. They said they will get back to me to see what they can do about it. I have seen photos via email, showing the damaged pieces they sent me and charged me for. I'm asking them, in another email to please have their supervisor call me. However, I only heard from the sales rep via email. The sales rep, wrote me saying that the only thing they can do is refund my account for 50$. the cost of one sheet. I emailed the sales rep back to have the supervisor call me to workout this damaged products I purchased. I have heard nothing back from this company. Lastly, They took 3 weeks to paint the sheets of metal. When over the phone the rep said it would only take about a week. Imvery disappointed in this metal ***
