      I bought a 6 drawer dresser for $1000 at full price. The first drawer came out of the channel in 9 months. I thought it was a one-off, but in the next 3 months two more drawers are now detached in a very similar way. The remaining 3 also look malformed and I think theyll break soon in the exact same manner. Weve only stored clothes in there and nothing super heavy.I called customer care and they are not willing to do anything (even when Im willing to pay for repairs) since its over the 12 month warranty. They essentially want me to throw a $1000 dresser to trash soon after 1 year of buying it at full price.The furniture is unstable and even worse durability than ***** despite being so much more expensive. Please avoid!

      Bought reclines 02Jan2023 and broke already 07Feb2023, what the WhoHaw!!Bought a leather recliner 1447.81$ Armen living on ***** **********************************************,**.9135. Well, needless to say the recliner leans into the floor when reaching to the right, which makes the left back leg move upwards, however when leaning to the left it does not do that it stays flat on the floor front and back. Sent a video, the supervisor said it was gravity and cannot assist me with sending somebody here to look at the recliner. There is a warranty of 1 year + I bought extending warranty for 3years. Armen warrants to the purchaser free from defects, Mmm?? Armen will repair or replace of any defective products/parts for 1 (one) full year. Well, that's not happening due to gravity! They have no customer service manners or training.
