      I ordered toilets from Alibaba. The merchant sent the toilets it took several months. When I received the toilets I didn't know that there was a plastic piece on the bottom that I would need. It took months to resolve the fact that I needed this piece and when I finally found out from the supplier that the piece was not included with the shipment they insisted that it was included with the shipment. I went through months and months of deliberation with the supplier only to find out that they refused to send the piece unless I pay for another one.It's just a small plastic piece that they could easily send to me apparently. But they refuse. They keep stating that I received it with the shipment but I did not. After months and months of deliberation it became too late to make a complaint to Alibaba and also unable to reverse charges from my bank.

      I order 6 tea up on July 23, 2024 , hoping to get them before my birthday, But I was never told the extra amount in which I was to pay, they only charge me $38.83 in which they took out of my bank account auto . I wrote to them and told them where was my order that was suppose to come on Aug ****** , I been waiting since, I ask if I can be refunded or to please sent me the 6 tea up that the time were only 5.40 each set. I wrote the staff and I email them to many time, requesting for refund or items. But no response only that one of the staff stated he didn't see my order but I send them a copy of the order. But nothing has been resolved.

      The receipt I uploaded is a fake tracking number per fed rx. I requested a refund on the day the item was to be delivered by 8/7. It did not arrive on 8/7 or since then. I have contacted aliexpress.us by chat. I tried to contact the seller, page does not exist. Chat after chat I have gotten same answer very vague no answer for refund will send screenshot that is the receipt from fed ex. . I asked for a cancelationand refund the day before on 5/ 7 when it did not arrive as estimated. The next day the fake tracking number appeared. This receipt had to stay anonymous per fed ex. The weight on receipt is 40 lbs lighter than this fake receipt has on it. Pay pal has been notified and was on 3 way call to fed ex about fake receipt.

      On July 25th, 2024, we engaged a website ********* vendor through Alibabas platform, Taobao.com. After several weeks of design work, the vendor delivered *********s that were of very low quality and did not meet our expectations. Despite our dissatisfaction with the work, we chose to accept the final product in the interest of concluding the project.However, the vendor subsequently demanded a payment amount exceeding the originally agreed-upon fee, citing reasons that we found to be baseless and unrealistic. Additionally, the vendors communication was unprofessional and their attitude towards our concerns was dismissive.We attempted to resolve the issue by contacting ********** directly, expecting their support as the platform hosting the vendor. Unfortunately, ********** declined to assist us, leaving us to negotiate solely with the vendor. This entire experience has been deeply disappointing and far from the professional standards we expected.Given the circumstances, we request that ********** take responsibility for the conduct of the vendors on their platform and issue a full refund for the unsatisfactory service we received.LMCD L.L.C

      This is for outfitstopic.com which is owned by Alibaba. I made 2 purchases on 6/2/24. One was $38.19 and one was $61.87. I was told the items would be delivered in 5-10 business days. It was supposedly delivered 41 days later. It was never actually delivered. I checked the mail every single day and never received anything. I tried reaching out many times to outfitstopic customer service and nobody ever got back to me.

      I purchased some string lights a few months ago on Order # ****************** for $557.50 Just before shipping the company tried to add additional charges that I refused and requested them to cancel the order. Instead, they shipped products that do not work. Many to not turn on and other to not function properly. I have sent pictures of the defective items, but they simply say they do not agree and want more pictures and even video. I have been going round and round with them since June 9 They will not honor their guarantee The lights in the pictures should be lit they are not

      I got a steam jacuzzi bathtub, I wanted 17 tv in it with stereo speaker, Bluetooth with two premium speakers and I want everything to work the Jacuzzi unit that they all work together as one and they told me they can do that for me. That what I thought I was given them money for to do as I asked, they told me everything I asked for was setup on the unit and configured and all works very good and they send the unit for me, when I got the unit, it was nothing but problem they did not put two speakers in unit only one speaker was on it, 17 tv was not on it it was a 15 Tv unit work with remote but was not controlled with jacuzzi unit also did not have any sound TV without a sound, they did not connect the tv sound to the system of unit, also the tv buttons on the tv unit does. It work on/off volume up and down, it only worked with the remote and no other way, the y it suppose to come with blue glass, but only two of the glass was blue other two was clear, the unit does not has a water sensor so if you press the pump or the air switch, it would start without any water in the system, all jacuzzis has this in them, this will make the pump burnout within 10 to 15min of pump starting. They told me clearly in text and have proof of everything I am saying here in text, they told me the unit needs to be connect it to 220volt power I asked them few numbers of times about the power if they are sure because my electrician told me that the steam generator is not a 220volt power. He said it was a 120volt steam generator.But after asking the supplier about it the supplier said to connect everything to 220 volt power and my electrician did as the supplier said to do and that caused the unit to burn out the steam generator and the control panel. Then when I told the supplier they said I connect it to the wrong power, when you look up the model of steam generator it shows it as a 120volt unit.I paid over $3300 for a unit that is not working and cant get my refund, I got scammed

      57 days ago I ordered a downhill mountain bike from alibaba.com and never received it and when I try to get info or help they say wait be patient or it's with customs bit it is not I've called them and verified that it is not and they said I've been ripped off and apologized but alibaba won't do anything for me I have so much screenshotted about how horrible they are and a 18 min phone call with them and they screamed and shouted at me the whole time and I'm a liar but I told them you call us customs or ***** and see what they say and they did not want to do that please help me

      I purchased a food truck in 2021 I was scammed from this company. I paid them my money and they promised me that the food truck was going to be running and ready up to United States code which it wasnt. It was stuck in customs for two years this day. Im not able to recover the food truck. Ive been trying to message the store and Im not able to get anything help or a full refund this is beyond frustrating and stressful

      I purchased a custom facial serum from this company GUANGZHOU BIYING COSMETICS **** **** through alibaba.com. After receiving the items I realized they scammed me. The serum is basically water in a bottle. BEWARE OF CHINESE COSMETIC COMPANIES ESPECIALLY THIS ONE. Who knows what they actually put in the serum. I reached out to the merchant and they just accused me of lying. Alibaba promises all these protections for consumers but its all lies they dont do anything. The platform DOES NOT HELP CUSTOMERS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Merchants just block you and refuse to help once you pay them. I returned the items to the company and should be refunded
