I never received nothing I knew that was a fake tracking number. I already put in a dispute with my bank. showed them the disrespect. Ever filed a police report just to get my money back. Then you said I signed for it, thats not even the same apartment complex so how would I be able to sign it. Show where it says I signed it. Because I looked at the picture you provided and it had a rug on the floor I dont have a rug, I have 2 doors, go through the first and come to front door.Please refund me my money this dude is scamming. The company has not delivered my package and will not respond as to where the package is. I have sent multiple emails in regards to the issue. They are rude and will not provide information. I made a purchase on 10/30/2023, 2/2/2023 Alibaba website and paid directly there, which included a service fee. I also opted for inspection, but the seller refused to have the item inspected, raising a red flag. I inquired about this and discovered that the item I ordered was 90% different from what the seller intended to send; it was old and used. I reported the scam to Alibaba, and while they issued a refund, they kept the service fee. If I had paid through ******, I would have received a full refund. When I requested a refund for the fee, they fabricated stories to justify keeping it.Initial Complaint

I reached out to ************************** about a recent purchase being defective and created a dispute. After going back and forth with them about resolving the issue we finally came to an agreement on 3/25/2025. I would return the items for a refund. However, they sent me a fake auto generated label for one box weighing 6 lbs. I put in a request for new labels to be created as I have 11 BOXES to return weighing more than 6 lbs each. When you request to have new labels created, it says they will be emailed to you within 48 hours and you will be notified. Well, it has been over a week and I still have not received any notifications or labels and Alibaba has closed the chat so I have no way of speaking to a "LIVE" customer service associate anymore. I believe they are committing fraud by trying to make me exceed the return window so they do not have to issue me a refund and I will be stuck with a bunch of defective products. PS how is there no way to reach out to a live customer service representative by phone, email, SMS, etc??Initial Complaint

I placed an order on the companys website on November 6, 2024. The shipper/seller of the product shipped my item to an incomplete address. The address used by the Seller was "*******************". That is it. No Street nor house number was listed. The seller claimed that the item was delivered in/at Mailbox at ************************* VIA ****. Again, no address listed was just a City and Zip Code. Fraudulent digital signatures were also used to obtain the package. I communicated in November to both the Seller and Ali ******* that I never received the item. The seller insisted that it was delivered but failed initially to state where it was delivered to. After a period of back and forth between myself and the seller. I reached out directly to Ali *******. I communicated to them that the package was never delivered to my address, and that the seller has refused for months to provide a complete address. Ali *******, the Seller and I went back and forth regarding this matter for weeks. The seller provided support showing that the package they sent was delivered to ************************* without any street or house number listed. Ali ******* suggested that I reach out to my neighbors or family members to determine if they may have picked up the item. This was a ridiculous suggestion since at this time they knew very well that the package was marked as delivered to "*************************". There are countless homes and businesses within that Zip Code. Obviously, there was no particle way for me to check with any neighbors or family members as where the package was since it was NEVER delivered to by home address as was clear in the delivery confirmation provided by the seller. I am requesting that the merchant provide a FULL REFUND and not allow sellers to send items to a city centers and claim that it was delivered to any specific buyer.Initial Complaint

This website did not have any authority to use our information which is our intellectual property for illegal use on ********************. This website has no Valid whois, that means, no phone number, no working email, no valid opt-out that works to remove all our information. However, when ***** attempted to deliver the shipment, I refused delivery due to visible damage to the packaging and product condition.Additionally, upon further inspection, I discovered that the boxes I ordered were supposed to include magnets, but they were missing, making them unusable for my intended purpose.Since the products were both damaged and missing a critical feature, I immediately attempted to resolve the issue with Alibaba I filed a dispute through Alibabas *************** program, expecting a fair resolution.I followed Alibabas dispute resolution process, provided all required evidence, and expected a fair resolution. Despite this, Alibaba denied my dispute and closed my case, leaving me with a $3,196.34 loss and no refund.I then escalated my complaint to ******, hoping they would intervene. However, ****** also denied my claim, stating that Alibaba ruled against me and my purchase is not covered under the Purchase Protection. I am writing to formally file a complaint against ************************** regarding their failure to process my membership cancellation request and their lack of accessible customer support.I have made multiple attempts to contact Alibaba's US Headquarters to cancel my membership. I have tried:- Contacting their customer service via email ******************************************************* but have not received a response.- Calling their listed US phone number *************), but I was unable to reach a representative.- Attempting to access their online ************ which is inactive and does not provide any means of resolution.Despite these efforts, my subscription remains active, and I am at risk of being charged for renewal against my wishes. This lack of customer service and transparency in their cancellation process is both unacceptable and an illegal business practice.
