      Hello, my name is *********************** and I set up the SIGUE service for money transfers in my restaurant EL CABRITO MEXICAN RESTAURANT and well, everything was fine, but at the end some employees made the last shipments and the balance of those shipments was deposited until the end. The balance was $0 and those shipments were canceled the following week and I had to give the money to the employees and customers of my stock market and I called them and it turns out that to date they have not returned the money to me

      I sent money to ****** and my niece couldn't receive it so I canceled it and they told me that I would get my money back that they was going to send a check now they won't answer my calls . They stole 1000 dollars from me and won't give it back.

      January 9, 2024 ]Dear Sir/*****,I am writing to file a formal complaint against [Name of SIGUE CORPORATION ********************************** Regarding a failed fund transfer to ******. On January 9th 2024, I deposited $1,880 into their account with the understanding that they would transfer the funds to Banco Azteca in ****** for one of my clients. Unfortunately, the money never reached its intended destination.Upon contacting Sigue, the company responsible for the transfer, I was informed that they were experiencing issues with the bank in ******. Despite assurances from sigue corporation , the funds were never sent, leading to significant distress for both myself and my clients. Numerous attempts to reach Sigue Corporation have been unsuccessful, and my clients are now demanding the return of the money they sent to their loved ones in ********* our last conversation on January 20th , Sigue Corporation admitted they were unable to send the money to ****** and promised to overnight the check . However, I have yet to receive any communication or resolution from them. The lack of response has exacerbated the situation, with angry customers frequently visiting my store, demanding answers and shouting their frustrations.All I am seeking is the return of the $1,880 deposited into Sigue account. I urge the ********************** to intervene and assist in resolving this matter promptly.Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue. I trust that the Better Business Bureau will take appropriate action to ensure a swift resolution.Sincerely,***************************

      Sigue had the ability to freeze the system on our end and talk to ***** Market, if something was not performed to their standards, which never happened to our business! Because ***** Market has been responsible for many Customers transactions, ***** Market could call the ************* line at *************, or **************** *************, as well as their collection line at *************. On October 2023 Sigue started having many issues such as not responding to customers complaints and not providing their money to family members back in their countries. Due to these issues, customers would call ***** Market because Sigue was not responding to all customers. ***** Market was faced with angry clients who were demanding their money back, but Sigue was having issues. Later on ***** Market was no longer able to have access to the portal and we were unable to continue processing money transfers. On January 16th 2024, the company had remained ignoring calls from customers and ***** Market. We were never told what was truly going on with their systems. We didnt know why our valued customers were not able to receive refunds as well as why their families were unable to retrieve their money. Currently we have 10 customers that never received their money. We are waiting to hear back from Sigue. Currently, between those 10 people there is $5,120 that was never retrieved, transferred or refunded. The company emails us demanding money, or we face a legal situation. On February 14, 2024 we received an email from a Sigue employee called ***************************, demanding that we pay $4525.60 because according to her we owe that money. We have emailed them to finish this matter but receive no answer. ***** Market has called BBB of Nebraska, State Attorney of ********, they told us we had to contact BBB of California, we had a Police Report done. We need answers because it's customers' money, not ***** Market, or Sigue Money.

      My name is *****************, my transaction number is ***********. I wire transferred $2000 to ***** at ****************************** (Address is *************************************************** *******************************, phone is ********** ) on 1/9/2024 at 1:33PM.After three times going to the bank to get the money in ******* *****, the last time on 1/19/24 the bank informed didn't receive any wired money. We then firstly called the company SIGUE ( the company responsible for wiring the money) to request refund on 1/20/24, the rep. informed needed to go to the Agency ******************************to perform "cancel the money transfer". We went there on 1/23/24, a Sir performed "canceled the transfer" at the computer right away and told us "the money was at SIGUE, meanwhile there were our name, address and contact phone number on the receipt, SIGUE will refund the money to us."On 1/25/24 afternoon, we called SIGUE company again a Rep. answered, he said: already saw it's was canceled, he also confirmed the mailing address and name with us, and informed will mail the check to **************************************************** ****************** ***************** in about 10 days. After that we waited, called and sent email to Sigue multiple time, also went to the Agency ************************* Inc, but all didn't receive any reply and refund. Due to the problem of the SIGUE company and the ****************************** they caused us both financial loss and mental damage for almost two months, therefore we sincerely request you BBB to help us to contact SIGUE to give refund of $2000 plus service fee $19.00, total $2019.00 to us asap.       I accidently deposit ******** to their account which i do not use anymore and all i get is excuses and and now they do not answer their phones and this has been going on since November 27,2023.I try calling them and all i get is a busy signal before that i used to call at least 3 times a week and all i ever got was excuses

      I went to the store called ******* Y Carniceria Speulveda. They have a company named Sigue corporation. We used that company to send money to my sister in ****** to pay off a debt on 1/21/2024. A couple of days later my sister calls and says that she couldn't get the money. That they were permanently closed. So then on the 23rd or 24th of January we called Sigue and they cancelled the transaction and for us to wait five days for the refund to show in the computer and the ******* would be able to give us our money back. So, I went to the ******* on Wednesday the 31st of January and was told that the owner of the store had already went to the bank and it wasn't his problem. So, while we were there we talked to the agent of Sigue and they stated that they would send a check to us that it could take up to 20 days. We called a couple of times to Sigue during the 20 day wait period and they could not give us any updates. As of 2/22/2024 the phone lines to Sigue are disconnected. We went back to the *******, and they would not help us or give us back our money. Sigue I believe is in bankruptcy.
