    ******** glXXX XXXX silver We purchased our vehicle had it for a year drive it for less than that we were assured by car dealer that the machine would fix it without charge and that they were going to help us pay for a ****** to drive because we currently have personal issues going on the car wouldn't start would turn over we ******* battery we ******* key we did your before taking it to him since he was too far but we got it towed to him just to be told he wasn't going to fix it because he didn't think it was worth it he ******* ********** company **** and took our vehicle and stopped it off somewhere where it was stolen it had personal ********** in it and the cost to tow it and gas and misleading information and now we are car less but had reassurance for dealer that they d take care of it that they'd help us get a car if not but all they did was cause us more emotional damage and stress ********* insurance fraud

First of all this customer wasn't my customer they purchased this ******** ***** from dealer ship Ultimate ******** which I did repair on this car in ******* **** after the dealer ship sold this car they came to me when my shop was in Huntington beach they told me the car is not working and is not starting and I check the car everything was fine even I test drive with her ******* ***** and she told me now is ok after that which is past 2 years they call me and told me the car is not starting I told them to bring the car over I will check and then they tow the car with full of thing inside the car no room to drive the car even. before that look like some other shop which they haven't any knowledge about the ****** car they try to work and they broke everything junction box was broken all wiring was mass and the car has a warranty and I told them lets see how much the warranty will pay to fix because they didn't have any money, dealership owner told them to take ***** he will pay for that and warranty didn't pay in for repair this car I told them this is not worth to fix they told me ok you take the money from warranty give it to us we take the car I said ok because ********** told me if you can help them but was big mistake to help this person and I have a letter which he writes to give me permission to do that also I have a recipe which this money I send to them first of that they ask me money because they were hungry I send them. also after calling and texting them 50 times they send me the address which was public storage I tow the car there which is a tow truck that cant drop the car and leave, so the tow truck drop the car when this person was there and he or she accepts the car I have my tow truck phone. the number you can call him and ask any question please call me or send email I will get back to you. all my costumer love me you can see my reviews all my costumer still driving from orange county to Los Angeles to repair their car so this complaint is not accurate. Total Amount Warranty Pay was ***** I pay back ***** ***** ***** I pay *** Truck **** My shop charge was $411 also, I send money to ******* ***** $50 which I didn't count even. all Invoices is attached.
