Constantly calling and leaving 2 second voicemails for months and will not stop. I have picked up a few times and asked them to stop calling. If this continues I will consider it harassment.

Our sales department consists of a large telemarketing crew.  It is possible that a rogue telemarketer may have called the telephone number several times for reasons unknown.  That ***** of telemarketer has since

been terminated.  I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.   It has been made clear to our sales manager that no further contact with the aforementioned person/company will will be made.

      Sincerely,

They reached out offering free ink, stating they would check in on the quality of the product. They never reached out and sent an invoice and immediately started HOUDNING me to pay. They then sent another invoice, stating the "purchase" (which remember, was a free trial) was for a FULL CASE of ink, when the first were supposed to be a trial. They were misleading from the jump and would not stop calling. I will be returning the *** ASAP to the address on the invoice and asking that they stop all communication with our workplace. Being deceitful is no way to gain business. If they can provide me with a return label as well as cancel this invoice AND never contact my office again, I will let it go, if not then the next step is turning this over to someone who is more knowledgeable of the law to handle this. It is sad as it seems that a lot of people have this same issue. I am sending the ink back to the address listed and if they charge me for the ink I will refuse to pay.

Was called and offered a free trial to get started with this "company" and if we liked the product we could order more. However, they kept automatically sending excessive amounts of toner without confirming if we liked the product or were using it or not. I've called and emailed asking to stop the service after paying for the products already received. Was told in November that we were not on an automatic shipping services and that we would not be receiving anymore unless we specifically ordered. Two weeks later we receive another shipment that was not ordered. I asked for a return label for two reasons 1 - we did no order it and 2 - because the printer is broken and we can not use any of the toner that was paid for in the past let alone this shipment. I have emailed and called multiple times with no response until today. ***** called and was rude and argumentative with several members of my team. Attempted to call him back myself was was met with an unhelpful and combative person refusing to send us a return label and was extremely belittling.

This company is not worth wasting your time over. The initial call was a "trial" toner cartridge which only had to be paid for if satisfied with the product. Honestly, I believe this trial cartridge is what broke our printer. Within just a few weeks of using the trial product, we received several invoices for additional toner without ever placing an order. We had no clue that they were sending us more toner until we received invoices. The invoices that were received for these were more than triple the price of what we typically could have purchased them for. They've sent gift cards and money orders as incentive to keep our business, even though we have no reason to keep using their product. After several attempts to contact them regarding sending the product back since our printer is not even properly functioning, they continued to make calls to our place of business about collecting payment. It makes no sense. All we want to do is return the product and so called "incentives" and be left alone. This company is a scam.

A few weeks ago, the medical practice I manage received a call from this company about toner cartridges. The employee who took the call initially said she had trouble understanding or making sense of what the caller was saying but it was something about our toner cartridges. Assuming it was the company that we have a contract with that auto ships our toner, that employee transferred the call to me. I guess that is how he got my name, I have never heard of this company and definitely do not purchase toner from them. I also received a random gift card in the mail from the company but wasn't sure why I received it. Today, 6/12/23, I receive a toner and an invoice for $499.00. I will gladly send this toner back along with the gift card if they can provide me a return label as well as cancel this invoice AND never contact my office again! The other option is I can turn this over to our practice attorney.

We would like to apologize for the apparent miscommunication between one of our sales staff and one of the employees  at the MIDWEST ORTHOPEDIC PAIN & SPINE CO.

It appears that each of the employees could have been more cognizant of the conversation.

I have since instructed my shipping department to issue (Via Email)  a *** return label as well as a credited invoice for the total amount of the merchandise.  Upon receipt of the toner, your

account will be closed per your request.

      Sincerely,

Exactly the same thing happened to me with Data Direct System, I received a call, I told him that I was not interested in buying cartridges but they were still sent and with an invoice. I have tried to send emails, to call to return them, I have spoken a couple of times with someone and they tell me that they will solve it for me and still nothing.

Unsolicited products being sent to our company and later invoiced for it. This company is a scam company. They find offices that have printers and ask who orders the products for your printer. Then they create a fake order and say that person made the order and sent your ink for your printer. They drop ship the order and do not accept returns. Then they invoice you triple the price of the toner. We did not even realize that they were sending us ink until we received an invoice. No one ever ordered ink from them. We already have an auto-ship with our printer company for our ink. They fish for enough information to create a fraud order on our company's behalf. This company should be fined for its fraud and scams.

I received a phone call from this company saying they were sending free ink to try. I received the ink but they also sent an invoice. I want to send the ink back because I obviously do not want to pay for ink I obviously do not want! I went online to find a shipping address to send the ink back to and it seems that a lot of people have had the same issue. I am sending the ink back to the company address listed and if the charge me for the ink I will refuse to pay. I will be tracking the shipment back to the company so I have proof that I did not keep the ink but I also returned the ink. I wrote a message in the box that I sent the ink back in stating that I did not want the ink and I would like to be taken off their call list. I do not appreciate a scam company!! Please leave me alone and stop calling me and sending me sketchy ink.

Two or three weeks ago I received a call from a salesperson trying to sell toner cartridges. I explained that we weren't interested we are happy with where we currently get them. He then said he could send me two free toner cartridges to show that they are high quality. He said there was no commitment, but if I liked the quality of the toner cartridges I could begin to do business with them. They sent the ***** *********** and then today ********** I receive an invoice for the cartridges. This clearly seems like a scam. I called both numbers on the invoice to talk to them about my concerns, but both numbers go straight to voice mail. Phone number #X: XXX-XXX-XXXX. Phone #X: XXX-XXX-XXXX. They said the toner cartridges would be free, then sent me an invoice. I did not agree to the price, or to pay any amount.

Like others in these**** reviews, a sales rep called me. He offered to try FREE toner cartridges to see if we liked them and wanted to keep ordering from them. I received the toner, but didn't use them as I was afraid of the quality and generic nature of them. A few days later, I just received AN INVOICE FROM THEM. They. Said. It. Was. Free Scam alert, I'm sending these cartridges back and not giving them our money.
