I was told that we could try some cartridges for free and see how it was great deal. So they said they sent the cartridges and I have never received the product. I tracked the package and it was signed at a different office. The signature was someone that does not work at our office. I have tried to call and speak to someone and also sent faxes and email with NO response. Now I'm receiving a past due bill for something I do not have. Very bad business. We are a small office and I am the only one at the front. There is Dr. ***** and one more employee. ***************************Business response

******** an *********** phone call for free generic replacement ink cartridges by a fast talking sales person. More cartridges ******* then were expected. As we didn't need them yet when they were shipped, they remained ********* A follow up call was received a month later asking if we liked the cartridges. Told them we had not tried them yet, the sales person said they would check back later with us. Another month passed *** an ******* for the free cartridges arrived. When the follow up call was received again, I asked to return them as they were unopened, they were not free and were not wanted. I was told I could not return them and that they were not free. I argued that it had been told it was a free trial only and if I like them I would consider using them as a vendor. No resolution was ******** a return address was not provided nor am **** ******** continue to come, and ********* calls by a very ******** and **** person continue and a letter asking to return the ink ********** has gone *********** I would simply like your return the 6 cartridges and be removed from their call list.Business response
