    I purchased from Lipos Tallow(2, 4 oz jars of tallow lotions and 1, 5 oz jar of tallow body scrub) on November 20, 2024. I emailed the company on November 27, 2024 asking when my order would ship, to which they replied, apologized and said my order would be shipped soon. December 4, 2024 I received an email that my order was being shipped. My order did not move in shipping(**** website said it was awaiting package) until January 21, 2025. Order was supposedly delivered on January *******. I contacted the post office after not receiving the package and they said the tracking number did not match up to my address. Ive attempted emailing Lipos Tallow multiple times after and reaching out on Instagram with no outcome. I just want my money refunded in the amount of $89.80.

    I placed an order with this company back in November of 2024, I dont recall the exact date. I have bought from them before, and the service was excellent. I placed an order to purchase a gift for my sibling. On 11/27/24 I received a tracking number that my item was on the way. On 12/19/24 I contacted customer service to inquire about my package because the tracking was saying that **** was waiting for the package to be dropped off. They got back with me the same day that they dropped the package off and hoped that it got to me soon. No updated tracking or anything. So I waited longer, and did not contact them until 12/26/24 to let them know that the tracking has not updated. Per their website delivery can be expected within 5-7 business days. They did not reach back out after my last December email. I waited longer due to it being the holiday to give the mail time to possibly catch up if that was the issue. I emailed them again on 01/19/25 asking that they either expedite me my product or refund me. No response. I went on their TikTok and under their latest video I asked if I could finally get my product. The direct messaged me asking how they could help on 01/29/25. I responded and explained the situation that day. They never got back with me. I reached out again 02/01/25 just asking for my money back at this point. Theyve posted videos and responded to comments since they messaged me but no one will help. Ive gone through their posted methods of contacting them and theyve dropped the ball. I spent around $35/40 after taxes and I just want refunded at this point more than anything but I would like my product. I thought after my first experience with them that I could trust to buy from them but after this, I will not be purchasing from them again.

    Ordered from this small business on 12/29/24.Sent an email on 1/10/25 to get an update on shipping since it was past the time that was posted on their website for shipping times. No response. Sent a message on IG on 1/19 in an attempt to get an update - no update. Received an email about it shipped on 1/22. Tracking says **** is waiting for item since 1/23. Sent an email again on 1/28, no response. Comments from others on IG are getting hidden. Other customers are trying to express the same concerns with no response. Someone from company is posting on ** and responding to positive comments and questions and ignoring people expressing concern with not receiving item or any communication response.

    Transaction date: January 16th 2024 Amount spent: ***** Shipping was guaranteed 5-7 business days after order. I have contacted this business 2 different way and I havent received any response. On their social media, theyre replying to almost all comments EXCEPT the ones about their pending orders.

    On November 29th, 2024 I purchased 100% Grass *** Whipped Tallow Balm from Lipos Tallow. Order number is *****. The total of that order was $36.37. I reached out to the company through many platforms multiple times and have never received a response as of January 11th, 2025. I have emailed their customer service department, reached out on Instagram and TikTok. Ive never received a reply.

    I bought from Lipos tallow on November 21, 2024, my order was $47.60. The owner said it should take only 7 days to ship out, I have contacted her and waited patiently for my order it is now January 6, 2025. She is still uploading videos on her product but hasnt shipped my order out, there are multiple other people in her comments on her social media platforms, also having the same problem with her not answering or shipping out the product we are buying, I saw the product from her TikTok and decided to buy it, not knowing my money would be taken from me without getting what I paid for.

    I placed an order for a 1oz product from the LiposTallow website and the only information I received from the company was that my order was received. I emailed the company 2 weeks later to check on my order status and never received a reply. It has been over 4 weeks since placing my order and I still have no had any updates on my order. When I checked the lipostallow Instagram ****, I noticed several other customers experiencing the same thing. The owner of the lipostallow Instagram **** seems to be hiding all comments related to customers not receiving their orders or communication with customers.

    I purchased two products from them within the last week and a half. Received an email stating it was shipped. I never received my product. I have reached out multiple times and ways with no response from company.
