      I have a concern regarding the promotion of Pechangas ******** **** every Friday. Please verify if it is a scam/fraud for the Pechangas loyal customers . Last June 7, 2024 Friday, The announcer said as they promised ,Pechanga will give weekly car every Friday and starts 2pm-10pm.We, the customers were waiting the result until *******. But there is no posting in the screen who will be the winners.There is no winners that night and the club staff said just check your cards.They are hiding the results! Pechangas promotional staff should be investigated .They misled the customers and promised to give car every week but they only give 1 winner every month.We observed this for many months now that they are cheating & manipulating the promotions for their loyal patrons!

      How these people run their business is very rigged. They use false advertising to lure people in, but when you spent enough for offers and promotions, they can then take away your offers and promotions without any refund at any moment, without giving valid reasons or proof. This place is very dirty, the service here was so bad. Their security guards are very rude, their dealers are very money hungry, and their management team are jerks. I now go to Pala and *******. Don't come here. Go to Pala and *******. They have better services. ******* has a very good buffet.

      This place is unsafe to be at. They would eye those who came alone to pick on them. They have no respect for customers once they use them all. **************** is terrible here. Their security people are very rude and improper. You might get harassed and bullied by these people before someone else. They will lure you in with giveaways, but when you spent enough to get offers and rewards, they can at any moment void any and every benefit that you have spent tons of money to accumulate. As soon as you land your feet on their property, you instantly loose all of your freedom and rights. These people only want your money, they don't care about you as a customer. They can randomly approach you to demand ID. You must show it. There is no reasoning. If you reason about it, you will get treated like a criminal, as if you broke the law. Their defense to all their improper conduct would be because you are on private property, they have total dictatorship over you or everything that belongs to you. If they demand you to give them all your cash, they will also use that same excuse, that you are on private property, anything that is on the property belongs to them, maybe even you will belong to them too, because you are on private property. You probably get the idea already. This place is terrible!management are very judgmental and biased. That also means unprofessional. They don't look into cases by situations, but they look into cases and make their decision based on what types of vehicle you drive, if there are many people to back you up if they mistreated you, etc. Like vultures, is their operation.

      I had a reservation at the steak house 5:30 table for 4. I had recent surgery on my forehead as was told "Remove your hat" I showed them the big bandage that was on my forehead. I felt very uncomfortable with staff and other customers leering at my bandage. They enforced their 'No hat rule" in spite of instructions from surgeon. to keep site covered with a hat. Very insensitive staff. I e-mailed and called the steak House mgr. He did not respond. Mr. Dominguez

      Right after checking in we figured we unload are vehicle also so my family won’t have to walk back so far with luggage. My kids and wife walk in through the sliding doors not knowing the floor was wet and slippery. So my wife ended up sleeping and landing all her weight on her left knee. My son called me right away luckily I hadn’t pulled away to park yet. When I walked up I noticed the slippery floor since I almost slipped and fell myself walking in. So of course I noticed the wet floor you would think you would put signs regarding your wet floor. Or at least purchase some floor mats so guess won’t be slipping and sliding everywhere. The paramedics came and security just for nothing I myself being disabled still had to help my wife of the floor because she got no assistance at all from no one. After picking my wife of the floor and sitting her down I noticed her knee swelled up dramatically with also a whole in her knee. So after they were done checking her out I took her directly to Temecula Hospital we’re they did X-rays and she came out with crutches and a knee brace on her left knee. Then to top it off you guys weren’t down making her life hell you made my wife walk in pain in crutches all the way up to the 6th floor. Then of course I always ask for a closer room because of my disability but you guys always stick us at the far end of the hallway always. You guys are unbelievable you can’t spare a wheelchair after you did this accident and left my wife not able to walk and want us to pay you money for a scooter unbelievable. Now my wife is a sitting duck in pain in our room on my 2 year old birthday that you guys made miserable. My kids spend there afternoon in the emergency waiting for there mom to come out in crutches and not able to walk. We had a whole seaworld/Safari Zoo tomorrow plan for my 2 year old Autistic son that now I had to cancel and loose out on a lot of money. But the worst seeing my wife hurt in pain physically and emotionally.
