This company Student Advisors have taken 195.00 a month out of my account for the pass 4 months. And no change to my student loan, I have attempted to call and email and get no answer. On one occasion the money wasn’t in my account and the guy called me with a nasty attitude asking why the money is not in my account. I need my money back

I received a high pressure sales call from Student Advisors for student loan forgiveness assistance. I attempted to contact the company within the cancellation period by phone and with no response. I assumed this was simply a bogus company and reported the charge that hit my credit card two weeks later as fraud. Student Advisors disputed the fraud allegation, and my financial institution paid them the $195 originally disputed. I contacted Student Advisors and they advised me that not only do they no longer represent because I filed a fraud claim, but claimed they had not received any payments. I asked for documentation confirming the same. I never received this, and dispute numerous calls and emails, once again I'm receiving no response from Student Advisors. I desire a refund of my $195.

They contacted me by email claiming to offer me the “cares act” to pay off my student debt. They gave me a number to call. After providing them with my email/phone number they changed the password to my FSA account and got debit card information from me. Same as everyone else, they offered to pay the majority after I agreed to pay $195 a month for 4 months etc. when I read reviews and called them back, they hung up on me.

For months I have been working with the same woman that promised me closure on a student loan forgiveness plan that I've been trying to get for years. After paying the agreed amount, (4 payments) no service was rendered. I have absolutely nothing to show for it. I do however have a contract that I fully intend to use to get my money back.

I signed up for student loan forgiveness through this company and there is no website and my emails aren't delivered I feel I have been scammed. They haven't taken money out of my account yet but have my banking info. 195.00 for 4 months then 5 $ a month for 20 years? I'm feeling very anxious about this especially after reading reviews. I'm not employed right now and it is my savings that I would be paying them. HELP! PLEASE specifically since I am un able to go to a website or send emails. And the person I spoke to **** I cannot contact.

August 26 I received a call from *************, "******* left a voicemail stating that she is from the "Student Advisors" company and that she could help me apply for the loan forgiveness program and that her company could help bring down my loan cost. I called the number back that was provided in the voicemail which was *************.I called back an agent/representative named ****** ****** picked up & explained to me what the company does and the services that they provide. He stated that they represent the borrower & that they could apply for the loan forgiveness program on my behalf. He then stated that the fee for their services is a monthly payment of $195. After the first payment I was supposed to receive a call from them but I never did. I tried to call different numbers and they either didn't pick, ignored the call or hung up on me after picking up. I emailed ******@student-advisors.org & this email does not exist. Also I emailed the email that they have on their website & no.
