    PLACED AN ORDER ON OCTOBER 7, 2024 ON-LINE WITH CALIFORNIA WAREHOUSE WHO ADVERTISED SALE PRICES FOR VARIOUS CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES INCLUDING HANDBAGS, JEWLERY, HATS AND MORE. MY ORDER TOTALED $65.36 AND SHIPPING WAS FREE. LETTING A SUFFICENT AMOUNT OF TIME TO PASS AFTER NOT RECEIVING MY ORDER AFTER A NOTICE WAS EMAILED TO ME THAT MY ORDER HAD SHIPPED ON OCTOBER 8 2024 I EMAILED TO CONTACT ON THE ORDER FOR QUESTIONS: *********************** AND SAID I WANTED A REFUND BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER #**** AND THE SAME DAY I WAS EMAILED BACK AND TOLD THAT THEIR RECORDS SHOW MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED AND I SHOULD CHECK WITH MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND NEIGHBORS TO SEE IF THEY HAVE MY DELIVERY. I CHECKED WITH MY NEIGHBORS AND MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. I EMAILED ********************** AND ADVISED AGAIN MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED AND I WANTED AN IMMEDIATE REFUND. THAT WAS ON NOVEMBER 12, 2024. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FURTHER RESPONSES. I BELIEVE THEY ARE A SCAM AND I WANT TO HAVE THE AUTHORITIES LOOK INTO THEIR OPERATIONS AND WARN OTHER PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

    ~ Date Order Placed: 14 August 2024 ~ Date Reported Order Delivered: 9 Sept 2024. ~ Amount Paid Business: $32.79--which included $6.79 tracking info. ~ Company Committed: Clothing. ~ Nature of Dispute: California Warehouse emailed my order had been delivered to my address. No PACKAGE ARRIVED! Checking FOUR methods (****, USP, ****** DHL) of shipment with the tracking number provided by company. Found tracking number was non-indefinable to ALL FOUR methods of shipment. Emailed company for a refund. Advised my credit card holder of complaint. Credit card company denied my complaint with the reason that California Warehouse had confirmed order had been delivered to my address. Attempting to contact CALIFORNIA WAREHOUSE at *****************************************Advised there is no such address.PLEASE HELP ME THANK YOU!

    California warehouse advertised coldwater creek merchandise. I bought a number of items from them at the cost of approximately $45.54. They advertised it as an end year promotion. This was a scam and I bought into it. Please stop this company from scamming anyone else. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.I have replied to ************************** They tell me my merchandise was delivered to my address on 9/21/24. No such delivery. Please help.

    I have received 16 Covic tests within the past 6 months. I have never ordered them and have called to ask them to stop sending them. No one will answer the phone or return a message. I would like this stopped because they are defrauding the government and we already have enough problems.

    In March, April, and May of 2023 this company has sent me an unsolicited package containing COVID test kits. I have called them numerous times leaving messages, as their phone is never answered by a person, to stop shipments and to stop billing Medicare for the product. I have refused and returned to sender the last two packages which has had no effect on their continuing to ship products via USPS. The latest tracking number is **** **** **** **** **** **. I am at a loss as to how to stop this recurring shipment and fraudulent Medicare billing.

    This company has repeatedly sent me COVID-19 test kits, without my request and appears to be charging my Medicare account.
