My girlfriend and I purchased/leased our last two Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Temecula; both were used, but were advertised as "Certified Pre-owned". We drove the first vehicle for about a week before the "check engine" light came on. The dealer had the car for the next 27 days and when we got it back there was an on-going series of "check engine light" occurrences over the next several months! We finally contacted MB Corporate, and we negotiated a "buy back" for the car. Since we needed a replacement vehicle, and we turned the car in at MB-Temecula, the sales staff sold another car to my girlfriend; also "Certified Pre-owned"! We had that car for a week before the "check engine light" came on and we had to take it back for repairs. As of now we have had the car for three weeks, but it has been at the dealership for a third of that time! We are in the process of working with MB Corporate "again" to get out of this vehicle, and hopefully we will be successful. I don't know if we will stay with the Mercedes brand because , based on our experience, I think "Certified Pre-owned" is just a marketing, or sales gimmick! If it isn't, then MB-Temecula has the worst mechanics of any dealership we have ever dealt with. The most discouraging thing about all this was that MB-Temecula did absolutely "nothing" to assist us in the buy back process; despite their promise to the contrary! They seemed to be quite complacent in telling us, on more than one occasion, "they did not build the car". MB Corporate must really be proud of this dealership ! It is worth mentioning that some post sale research showed then pricing their vehicles way above local, and nationwide pricing for comparable vehicles, so do your homework if you do purchase from them. We will NEVER deal with MB-Temecula again; they are the most unprofessional, unethical organization we have encountered, and MB Corporate should be embarrassed to have them representing their brand

Horrible Customer Service. My 2019 GLCe broke down and would not start. Had to have it towed to the nearest dealer and it was Temecula. Got there on Monday and the service technician told me that I would have an update on Wed or Thurs. Called multiple times to tell me its " in progress" and also told me that they have discovered that the vehicle would not MOVE. Well Duh, that's why it was TOWED. Its now Friday and I had to get assistance from Corporate and they could not even get a manager on the line. Be aware of these service advisors, I dealt with Ka***n La*** that was full of " fluff" of excuses of 10 technicians were out on Thursday. Oh is that because it was a holiday? Well than say that they car wont be looked at until next week than I could have made a formed choice to leave it. Under promise, over deliver. Keep your word and don't lie to me! I am, not stupid. If they cant get to a car be HONEST and hire more professional people who will make it to work and want work. There are a lot of people who would love to have a job and make some decent money. I am sure the manager and leaders are not leading the company so that's why the service advisors don't take their jobs seriously and just laugh and joke around. Making EXCUSES is NOT OKAY with a company that Prides themselves on their quality and service of their vehicles and customers. PLAIN UNACCEPTABLE!

Hello! I’d like to file a complaint against MBZ of Temecula , in Temecula California. I leased a vehicle from them understanding that I could bring it back a few months early. I did just that and now I’m being hounded for $18,000 dollars for turning the lease in early. It was the dealerships Lease Manager that I dealt with. Why in the world would I have returned a vehicle knowing that I was still going to pay. That’s giving MBZ free money!!!! I was given one story on the phone and everything changed when my husband and I showed up. I don’t ever want to wrongfully accuse anyone of discrimination, but it’s very interesting how MBZ no longer wanted to work with me after going in person. We weren’t even given the “end of lease agreement “ had the Lease manager told us that we would STILL have to pay for the 3 months, I wouldn’t have turned it in early. There’s absolutely NO COMMON SENSE in that. I obviously need a lawyer. I have names as well. Just didn’t post here. Hopefully this can be resolved quickly.

Look out for Jackie, Max and Sammie! They are liars. They advertised an E model for sale. I confirmed this with them via email and arranged to see it the next day. I drove 1 1/2 hours to the dealership and was told the car had sold already. They showed me another model, gave me bogus information about the sale prices on older models in order to secure me purchasing a 2022 model. They drove the car for me which I later found out was difficult for me because it was a race model. They sold it to me for 120,000 plus 15,000 check for licensing and taxes. As I was driving off the property they literally threw a laminated window sticker sheet in my car showing that the msrp is 100,000. So right there I paid 40,000 over the sticker price. I complained about this outrageous cost and then complained because it was a race car that I could not manage. The sales woman was very apologetic and asked me to come back so she could make it right for me. Foolishly I returned, hoping she would return some of my money but it was just a scam to steal more money from me. She produced the car that I originally went there to drive and hopefully purchase. I fell in love with it and still love the car. However, the sticker price on this car is 76,000. They wrangled the figures around and made statements and promises that never added up. The car I bought for 120,000 they gave me 82,000 trade in value. I only had the car less than a month and only put 1,000 miles on it and that was mostly driving up there three times when they promised to see me to teach me how to drive the car and then stood me up each time. I discovered that the car wasn't even new when I bought it as my insurance company stated there was already 500 miles on it when I bought it. Bottom line is - for a vehicle costing 76,000, I gave them a check for 15,000 on the first car, a check for 20,000 on the second car and my pay off on this car is 99,301 for a grand total of 134,301 THAT 58,301 over msrp

Concerned on the trust/honesty of this dealership. Had our 2016 c300 in on July 5 2022 for some noise coming from front end. Possibly the steering or cv boots. The tech didn’t find any issues, and the service consultant said, “your car is in perfect condition and looks like you take care of it.” So fast forward to July 18 2022 now the toggle knob for the steering wheel to go up and down is making a grinding noise. So we take it back in and now they’re saying we need a new motor and a new drive tube, at the cost of $1,000 What the heck!! We feel the tech might have disconnected something while looking down the steering wheel neck. The tech also stated that we need rear brake pads, but they still have 50% left on them! We no longer can trust Mercedes Benz dealerships, unfortunately they seem to want to rip us off. We don’t mind getting the work done when needed, like transmission flush and new spark plugs which we did, but for some reason this whole issue doesn’t seem fair.
