Ed2Go needs to be investigated and shut down immediately. My experience with this company has been infuriating, dishonest, and a complete waste of money. When I enrolled in my course, I was explicitly told - both via phone and email - that it was self-paced and had NO deadlines. That promise was a major factor in my decision to sign up. I work full-time, so flexibility was essential for me to succeed.A few weeks into the program, I started receiving progress notifications from Ed2Go. At the bottom of one of these automated messages, I noticed a line that said Your completion date, followed by a specific deadline. I was shocked, as this directly contradicted everything I had been told.I immediately reached out to Ed2Go for clarification, and after months of back-and-forth emails, I was finally told that the course actually had to be completed within six months, or I would have to pay another $1,900 to extend access. This was an outrageous discovery and a blatant lie. I was repeatedly told that there were no time limits, only to find out later that the course was timed and non-refundable. By the time I learned the truth, it was too late to request any kind of refund or adjustment.Ed2Gos self-paced claim is nothing more than a deceptive marketing tactic designed to lure in working adults who need flexibility. The company intentionally hides the truth until its too late for students to do anything about it.I feel angry, betrayed, and taken advantage of. I trusted this company with my money and my education, only to be lied to and misled. Their business practices are dishonest, unethical, and predatory.Ed2Go is not a trustworthy or legitimate educational provider, and I strongly urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate their false advertising and misleading enrollment practices. No one else should have to experience what I did.

Unfortunately, at the time of my enrollment, I was going through an extremely difficult period with my job and was facing significant personal challenges, which impacted my ability to engage with the coursework as intended. As a result, I was unable to complete the program within the set timeframe, despite my genuine interest and investment.I understand the program may have an expiration policy, but I sincerely hope you might consider granting me an opportunity to access the course again so I can complete the requirements and obtain the certification. This certificate is very important to me as I am working to rebuild my career after experiencing job loss and retaliation in my previous position.I value the investment I made in this program both financially and in terms of my future career goals took me triple the time to pay it off, compared to the length of time you gave me to complete.

I don't know why this business has an A+ rating while students are giving it one star. From the beginning I noticed occasional mistakes in the program. I contacted someone early on, and all I got was "You're not getting a refund." I never asked for a refund. I asked them to get their act together. I guess that's too much trouble. The program had two parts. The instructor for the first part was very helpful and acknowledged that there were some mistakes (e.g., test questions that were not covered until a later section, and correct answers marked as wrong). The instructor for the second part was full of herself and would never acknowledge that there were mistakes either in the program or on her part. She was rude at one point because I sent her a screenshot of something I was asking about. She was late once getting a graded submission back to me after they made a big deal about students not asking for a graded submission before the 48-hour turnaround time had expired. I had a lengthy and tense email exchange with her, and in the end, I tried to make peace, but she couldn't act like an adult and come my way even an inch. I sent an email about the issues at the end of the course, and AGAIN I got the "You're not getting a refund" when I didn't ask for one. I asked that they clean up this mess of a program. My complaints were NEVER about getting an extra point here or there. It was so the students coming behind me did not have the same problems, but they were too lazy or prideful to acknowledge their mistakes or apologize and who knows if they have even bothered to fix anything. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT OFFERING A GOOD EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM OR STUDENTS LEARNING. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY!!!

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER GOING THROUGH ANY PROGRAM WITH THEM!I applied for a CMAA program with HealthEd Today and Ed2Go a few days ago. The program slapped ****'s name on it, but when trying to get help through ****, they told me they get about three calls a day regarding these programs, and I'd have to call Ed2Go/HealthEd Today. I never got an email with information regarding course materials or my student portal information. The student portal and all other links on HealthEd Today were broken; led to blank pages. Even their "About Us" section and all other sections beyond enrollment/payment/registration would lead to a webpage with just a canned "For more information, check out our about us section." We tried calling all of HealthEd Today's numbers and they're either not in service entirely, or go straight to voicemail. They say they'll call back but they don't. Finally my mother found an option to cancel the payments but it was through a customer service representative in an online chat, she could not reach anyone by phone. We're still unsure if she won't have to pay the remaining balance, but the representative said "unfortunately the $50 down payment you made is non-refundable." I feel it is unfair they get to keep that $50 when I never was even able to access the course in the first place! Especially as there is no mention of a 10-day refund period ANYWHERE, I am so lucky this only took about five days to figure out. We both feel scammed by HealthEd Today and Ed2Go, and wonder if it's even a real course or just a money scheme considering their website was entirely defunct, and I couldn't even access my student portal or ANY course information.

I paid over ***** for two courses. The courses were poorly written, and I did not learn anything from them. DO NOT ENROLL IN ANY OF THEIR COURSES. They are predators who prey on students from ********** backgrounds who want to change their lives for the better through education. Don't do it. They sent me outdated books and the courses/exams were so easy, it was crazy. It was through ***************************************** Technician.

I paid over $2,000 for the Certified Phlebotomy Technician course that included vouchers for a CPR class and the *** Phlebotomy Exam through my local community college. I would NEVER recommend Ed2Go to ANYONE. The course material is all over the place, a lot of the lessons are either poorly translated or written by AI. The supplies sent are NOT sufficient for learning phlebotomy, and I didn't even receive a sharps container. The practice arm that I received was obviously used and stained. Most of the quizzes and midterms/final exams contain multiple questions that cannot be answered by the course material OR the provided textbook (I went back and confirmed this after taking my final. There had been several questions that I missed that when I went back to check, I COULD NOT find the answers to ANYWHERE.). The course does not provide an opportunity to achieve the 30 successful blood draws and 10 successful capillary punctures needed to take the phlebotomy Exam, and the 'included' externship is actually the responsibility of the student to set up, with the advisor requiring a resume and cover letter after the fact. The advisors also either don't read the emails they receive all the way, or they have automated responses because they never actually answer the questions you have. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Stay away. I paid around $ 3800 for a web development course through community college, and they started off well by sending me 8 to 9 books, but they ran out of steam midway because they didn't have professors available 24/7 to help with errors. We have to wait up to 24 hours for any kind of solution, and we end up stuck. They sent me links to videos that were horrible. Ultimately, I gave up.Waste of money....

Ed2Go is an absolute scam. If you call for technical support no one is ever available and even when you leave a voicemail you wont get a callback. This is not a college level educational experience. Their education materials are insufficient and advisors arent helpful. If you ask for help they will wait for days to respond and send canned response e-mails. You cannot withdraw/drop from their program after 10 days.

Please do not enroll in any courses with this company. I went to the ************** site and was routed to Ed2go. They are marketing as an instructor led course. Once I paid $1995.00 I had to ask for access via email. What they mean by instructor led is they give you an email orders at **********************, NO ONE REPLIED. They mail you some books and you go at it. I was under the impression it was instructor led is the only reason I signed up. I've spent from 3/10/25-3/28/25 and still no answers except I've missed the "drop" timeframe for a refund even though I have numerous emails. Please find another reputable course and school to take the Income Tax class. I am also reporting to *** as a scam.

Very disappointed!! I would not sign up again. I got the digital marketing class bundle and the resources are from like *********. It is now 2025 so the information is super old! I tried to get my money back for the other 2 course and they don't do any partial refunds so I was told to just let the other 2 courses run their time. What a waste!!! Don't sign up!
