3 starsIf there needs to be a repair, microinverter etc., you have to wait for the part to arrive, then you wait for the scheduling department to call, then you wait for the technician to do the work. It is a very long process and you will be losing some production capability during that time. However, I did, after 2 years, find out that I can "initiate" a production guarantee analysis" annually around the anniversary date and if I am short they will do some kind of compensation. The people working there, based on my experience, are very nice and offer assistance willingly and are very helpful!Review fromNora J

5 stars***** went above and beyond to assist me, my husband, ****** (Installer) and Paolo ******* with the boo boo that transpired. She listened and did research to find the boo boo. She was very kind and chipper for 5:45 am MST. I love that she truly listened to my problem and sprung into action. **************** agents polite and helpful. This company purchased ******. ****** installed my solar system but will not honor warranty; they are bad. I was hoping Freedom Forever would honor the labor warranty, but they will not do so i cannot give them Five Stars. Nevertheless they are trying to help me get a part from SolarEdge. They also finished installations Meraki started and failed to finish; so they are an ethical company.Freedom Forever, LLC

I received information about Freedom Forever, which I didn't fully understand, but I called the number they gave me, and they gave me the option of Spanish or English. I chose Spanish because I am bilingual. Jasmine answered the phone and served me in an excellent, very polite manner. Jasmine was very professional in all aspects, giving me all the information about the products of the company she represents. We had excellent and very positive communication.
