      Scam scam scam! I applied up for a loan, not a credit score report and this company somehow got my bank info and are charging me fees in less than a month's time! I want my money back and to cancel subscription! Please dont t on this post lying saying i signed up for this because I didn't. I already have an app that monitors my credit score. Cancel my subscription now!!

      My Name is T****** ******. This company phishes your information, charges you a fee through loan applications for initially $1 7-day trial, then proceeds to steal money out of your bank account and creates an online profile in their system using all your information. Luckily I called my back because I was skeptical. They tried charging my card multiple times unauthorized. Be Aware!

      I got an alert on my AMX card that Your Score and More was trying to charge my wife's card $39.94 for October of this year. My wife never uses that card.....ever. So, as you can imagine, I was quite perplexed when AMX contacted me asking if this charge was correct?
      I asked my wife if she had signed up for anything and her answer was a resounding, "No!"
      I told them, "No, it is not!"
      I don't know who this company is but I will say their business practices are nefarious, at best.
      AMX has now cancelled my wife's card and is issuing her a new one.
      After reading many of the comments on this site, this company evidently has tried to do this to a multitude of others.
      I am very thankful that AMX caught this. If they hadn't, I might not have caught it.

      They are heartless customer service reps?? I got a fraud alert for my CC and so I called to see what they were about. She then began to tell me it was my father that went on the Internet to sign up. I told her for one my dad doesn't know how to get on the Internet. For two he is the hospital and the doctors said that he might never walk again. She didn't acknowledge anything I said and began her discount rebuttal. Then I told her are you just cold did you not hear anything I said about my dad never walking again. Then she started laughing. I've been in the customer service field for 20 plus years. I promise I would fire that woman for laughing about my 80 year old dad. Their service reps are terrible and I'm so disgusted with them. Awful awful. I was so upset I was shaking when I got off the phone. I would give them zero stars if I could.

      Online loan needed a credit score using YourScoreandMore. The $1.00 charge for a 7-day free trial is acceptable. The relentless sales pitch from customer service representatives is highly unprofessional. The customer service representatives keep discounting their highly valuable services even though I initially said I needed to cancel my account and repeated that all I needed to do was have my account cancelled. Abysmal company!

You declined those offers, so the rep went ahead and canceled the account as you requested. Our records indicate that you have never paid for our services.       I came across this so called company nat yourscoreandmore that was supposed to give me a print out of my credit report for $1 dollar . Which I never received after they took a $1 from my card at 10:37 am. On 3/13/23 and came right back and took another $1 dollar after the first dollar . So I called the company and some one did answer and I asked them to cancel my subscription the same day and refund my $2 dollars back she stated it was done after giving her my information. Well on on 3/20/23 they tried to get $39.94 from my account that they couldn’t get because I had my bank blocked them after I read the reviews and they are still trying to get money from my account for $1 and sometimes $39.94 but they are blocked by my bank. This so called company is ripping off people and they are liers and crooks do not trust them.

      I have been hacked on my either the computer as i am having 9.94 a week taken out of my account without my authorization i just recently got tried to get in touch with them and the only thing is that i am not sure how they got my information and how long this has been going on for, i got down to 2 minutes on their phone lines and the next thing i know i am up to 9 minutes and i started out at 6 minutes so i think there is something screwy going on with this company when you call to try and cancel and you can't who the hell is allowing this type of crap i am going to the bank and i am going to be getting in touch with and attorney as this is like the 4th or 5th time i have had this type of situation in the past year and i have changed my passwords several times so i expect them to pay my money back in full or there will be calls from an attorney as this is ridiculous that the us government allows this to happen to its citizens, thank you for your cooperation in this matter
