I ordered two bathing suits and I didn’t receive either bathing suit. I only had confirmation that one bathing suit was being sent. I emailed the company multiple times on separate occasions and messaged on Instagram with no response. I was not able to cancel the order or get a refund because I could not get a hold of anyone.Business Response

Never received package and business does not answer any emails. Poor customer service. Sent 2 refund requests with order number and have not heard anything. All they emailed was that label was generated but package has not been sent out.Business Response

I placed an order on May 19, 2022 on their website and never received it. I was charged for the order and was sent an email that a shipping label was created, but the package never was shipped. I have tried to contact the company numerous times but never received a response.Business Response

I bought swimwear from Sunny Bunny May 19, 2022. Order #: 159860. I then received a tracking number for said swimwear July 7, 2022. To this day, the tracking was never updated/product was never shipped. Tracking number: 94*********57493491078. I tried reaching out to the business October 13, 2022 for a refund. I have received no response. This seems like a scam as I know I am not the only one with this issue.Business Response

I ordered a swimsuit from Sunny Bunny Swim on May 19, 2022. I emailed the company after waiting the 6-8 week period for shipping on 7/25/2022. They emailed me back on 8/2/22 saying the suit I ordered was out of stock and I needed to pick a different one and they would expedite shipping. I sent an email on 8/3/22 with my new order and no response. I emailed again on 8/9, and on 8/13, I requested a refund and heard nothing. I sent a message from a different email on 8/24 and I haven’t heard anything.Business Response

When this company had come out with their new swimsuit line in May, I placed an order for 2 swimsuits and did their 4 for 1 deal on June 3rd. I was patient and since I ordered before from them I knew their 4 week processing time was pretty accurate. It had been over 4 weeks and I still hadn’t received a tracking number. Finally on July 21st I received an email saying it was now on its way. 10 days AFTER it was supposedly shipped out (August 2nd) I was sent a mass email saying that one of my swimsuits I purchased back in JUNE is now out of stock and I need to choose a new one. I am highly disappointed because I ordered that specific suit 2 months ago and they now tell me that it’s out of stock after saying it had already been shipped, forcing me to choose another and then it will be sent out. It is now August 12th and I have not received a response back letting me know they received my reply email nor have I gotten an updated tracking number. I was also promised in that email that it would be shipped out next day. This company can’t keep getting away with sloppy response times and shipping problems. I will not be buying from them again despite the decent quality of their product.Business Response

I submitted my order to Sunny Bunny on May 19th. They did inform me that it may take 4-6 week for my order to ship which I was fine with. I reached out to the company on July 1st to check on my order, no response. Then I emailed them again on July 5th stating that if my order wasn't shipped in a few days, I would like a refund. They then created my shipping label on July 7th, and I never received notification of the order actually being in transit to me. I then reached out on August 2nd (it should never take more than a few days to drop a package in the mail) stating that I would not like my order anymore and I would just like a refund instead. I then got a notification that the package has shipped right after I sent that email, so I responded with another stating again that I did not want the order anymore and again requested a refund. I have not received ANY correspondence from them during this whole time and would like an explanation.Business Response

I recently placed an order with Sunny Bunny Swim and it says on their website that orders may take up to 4 weeks, but it has been over 5 weeks and I have gotten no update on my order whatsoever. My order number is 160975 and I’m not sure if that will help but i would really like an update or my money back because this is ridiculous.Business Response
