    On February 28th,2024 I went to this business: Vehicle Registration Services CA ***********************************************************************. I spoke with ***************************** over the phone and he told me to come to the address so that he could further assist me with my DMV needs. ***************************** did not explain how he was going to help me. He took my vehicle registration and made a copy of it for his use. ***************************** then told me he needed to keep my vehicles original title with him and he would call me when it was ready to be picked up. ***************************** Also filled out a " Vehicle registration receipt" which includes ( Name, phone#, DL#,VIN,License Plate #, make.model of ******************** & other personal information.) I decided to go back to the business the same day to get all my information back. ***************************** refused to give me all of my information. ***************************** gave me my title but told me the copy he made of my vehicle registration was his property. I told him that it had my personal information and I wanted it back.***************************** ripped the copy of my registration into pieces handed it back to me. Before leaving i told ***************************** I would be leaving him a ****** review.***************************** then followed me out to the parking lot and threatened me. ***************************** had my " Vehicle registration receipt" in his hand and followed me out to my car and threatened me. He said " I have your information here, if you make a ****** review I will put a hold on you vehicle and I will make your life ****, you watch!" ***************************** was unprofessional, rude, threatened and harassed me with my personal information.
