      My radio keeps loosing the Bluetooth connection. It does not matter if the road is bumpy or flat, it does not matter if I am moving or sitting still I loose my Bluetooth connection. Alpine has told me to contact the installing company many times and I have had my radio looked at by the installing company many times. The installing company told me that they have done all they can. Alpine said it could be the maestro but have not done anything to help me to resolve that issue. Alpine did exchange the radio out with a refurbished unit but I paid good money not to get a refurbished unit. The refurbished unit does the same thing. I am getting no where with alpine. I feel like I am being jerked around by alpine and treated unfairly and not being taken seriously by them. Please help.

      I bought an Alpine head unit with a detachable face. The face fell off of the head unit on the first trip and was severely damaged. I emailed Alpine on two separate occasions with no return call or email. Im looking to replace the head unit

      ********** at 2:08:48 PM EST I made a purchase for a ******* Alpine Double Din Receiver. Recently the Alpine Double Din has stopped working and so I contacted the company of purchase AutoSound In Elizabethtown KY. They advised me that they take no exchanges or refunds all sales are final to deal with Alpine. So I called Alpine on 4/18/2022 and spoke with a gentleman who advised me that AutoSound was not a authorized Alpine Dealer and that there would be a $170.00 fee to send my Double Din in for service since AutoSound was not a Authorized Dealer of Alpine but he would check with somebody to see if they would honor their own warranty without the fee. He asked for my name and email address and I provided that information. How am I supposed to know that in order for Alpine to honor their own warranty it must be a Authorized dealer. I purchased the unit from AutoSound a car audio company and that should be good enough. I paid $399.99 for the double din and now Im required to pay $170 more even though this unit is under warranty. I was met with a rude and unprofessional employee on a follow up call I made to alpine 4/25/2022 all to hear the same process and spill given the first time i called. I was also informed that there was no documented email on file and that I had to give it time. Well I gave them a week time is ticking and no initial response. So that made me feel like they told me anything i wanted to hear in order to get off the phone. I find this to be a disgrace to alpine owners and I want a exchange as I am clearly with in my warranty. I am not settling to pay the $170 nor do I want a refund on this double din. I have my receipt and the original box.

Since it was verified the purchase was from an authorized dealer.
