    We had them install our bathroom several years ago. The shower wall tiles started to crack and now I found that the toilet had been improperly installed and has been leaking sewer liquid under the floor for years. I now have to 100% remodel the entire bathroom that was just remodeled 5 years ago. This involves the poor craftsmanship of the installation. Prior to COVID Carlos had agreed to fix the tiles, then COVID hit and everything stopped. Now Carlos doesn't remember our agreement and says he only provides a 1 year warranty anyway. ****** learned, always keep EVERYTHING in writing since Carlos does not honor his word. We trusted Simply Tiles to redo our bathroom and paid them handsomely for it, now every bit they touched has broken 5 years later.

    Dear ****,I'm sorry, but our company's policy states that the warranty for the work we completed in your bathroom in 2017 has expired. We do allow and gladly perform repairs up to one year after installation. However, as it has been 7 years since the job was done, we are unable to provide free repairs. The work was done properly and it wasn't a result of poor craftsmanship. We apologize for any misunderstanding and inconvenience.
