Lie about pricing on the machines they post one price but charge another. Multiple calls and they refuse to fix it. Isn't it illegal to say a wash is 2.50 until you put the 2.50 in then it's really 2.75? Constantly not fixing equipment just plugging it back in leaving a tag saying equipment fixed until you Try and wash your clothes and have your money stolen as it wasn't repaired. Been calling about the incorrect pricing for 3 weeks and in that time have been told they can't change the prices only for **** to come increase the prices again and still not even properly post the correct prices. They nasty they dont fix nothing and its always hard to get our money back they suppose to clean the washer and dryers an they dont they are very unsanitary an unsafe for people with kids because they keep them dirty I have proofReview from Jason D

This company has the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I have spend over a year trying to get my dryer fixed. *** made dozens of phone calls and the few times Ive actually been able to get someone to come out and try to fix it have failed miserably. God only knows how much money Ive thrown away having to run extra cycles because it always kicks off randomly at least two or three times per cycle.Review from Sherri C

We have 2 washers and 2 dryers at our 12 unit multi family apartment building. 11/23 one of the washers broke down and we requested service ... 5/31 it still hasn't been serviced. 1/1/24 our contract was up and we requested removal of units also 1 dryer broke down. We are still waiting for removal! Very poor customer service and follow through.Review from Cooper S

Awful experiences with this awful company.Half of their machines are broken at all times, maintenance is non-existent. They constantly increase rates, and dont give refunds. I was finally moving away from this s*** and used the last of my funds to start a dryer that didnt work and wasnt labelled. I HAD TO LOAD $10 ONTO MY ACCOUNT TO PAY TO TRY ANOTHER MACHINE THAT WAS ALSO BROKEN. Please investigate these criminals.Review from Chris P

They never come fix the washers pr dryers. Furthermore they've consistently upped the price. Before Christmas is was 1.75 to wash and 1.50 to dry (seems very reasonable enough. January it was bumped to 2.25 to wash and 2.00 to dry. A little overpriced but still not bad I guess. This morning I went to check and it was 2.75 to wash (small load) 3.25 for a large load and 2.50 to dry. WTF the one thing that was left cheap and now if you have 2 loads of Luandry you're spending 10 bucks every 2 weeks to frigging wash now??!!! Literally less than 6 months ago 10 bucks would get ypu through the month unless you had a whole closet full of clothes to wash. This is ridiculous.Review from Carla H

They owe me $12 for 4 months now. They will not call you back and ****** said she would get a hold of me but she has not. ****** can you please get a hold of me.

As another person said on here it is impossible to speak to anyone. Once I was able to speak to someone they were rude. I have been trying to get a refund since 4/6/24 and it's 4/23/24 and still haven't been able to get it. I have filled out the information requested. They keep giving me the run around and requesting more information. Very disappointed with the service of their machines and the business. If I had the option to select no stars I would but I have to make a selection to continue with this complaint.WASH Response

I was no about to purchase a laundry card for $10.00 to load up with maoney to wask. I tried to log onto the app to use my phone to wash. Immediately got a message from my bank! "Did you just try to make a purchase for $34.90 at NOOPZU, **************, **." "NO!" I replied to my bank. Scammers!!!! Can use a card, can't use my phone and can't wash at my apartments!!!
