      Back in December of 2022, my wife and I were approached by a GreenLiving Rep to inquire about landscapin our front lawn. They had done some stucco work for us prior to this so we were interested in another project. they finished the project in about a couple of weeks. Fast forward about 8 month, my wife and i noticed weeds protruding from the artificial turf and verges. As part of the project, GreenLiving was suppose to have installed both a weed barrier and a mole barrier under both the front yard and verges. considering the weeds were few and far between, my wife and I addressed it with plucking them out and spraying weed killer with not only no improvement, but worse results. A year and a half after the project completion and the weeds have gotton out of control and one of the verges has a mole hole now. My wife and I tried reaching out to GreenLiving to address the discrepancies but we got no reply from them. My wife and I only discovered recently that we could have reported a BBB complaint against GreenLiving about our issues. We are first-time homeowners and are still learning the ins and out of houmeownership.

      I had flat roof work done May-June 2022, above garage because there was some leaking. I financed $8300 through a loan company Green Living used. They replaced the wood they felt was appropriate as the professional. They guaranteed their work. So I didnt question it. May 2023, the roof starts to leak again. I tried contacting Green Living and also the general manager ******************* about leaking that had started again since the work is under warranty. The roof has caved in and now mold! No reply back from anyone. What am I suppose to do? Now Im stuck paying on a loan with failed roof work! Help me!

      GREEN LIVING SUCKS! DO NOT USE THEM!!We paid over 15K for just the outside of our home. They gave us a total botched job. They did not even come back to finish the job.They are so unprofessional. They would not return my calls to finish and repaid the damaged they cause. One the first day they broke a water line. They also cut and damaged all of our outdoor lighting. and damaged our Banana Tree. I plant to *** them for a refund. **** was the formen for this crew. What made me more upset is that he anger at me for the mistakes his crew did. I can go on and on about the the daily mistakes. Bottom line they scammed me and never came back to finish the job. They also do windows. They screwed that up too. They ordered the wrong window color. HUGE MISTAKE . The reason for the high cost was it included warranty. WE have none as they did not finish the job or return our calls

      Green living replaced my whole roof 08/22/2023. I had noticed some bubble on my ceiling. It 12/04/2023. I tried called green living. Come to find out the business has closed. It really irritate me that my warranty is voided

      Greenliving was hired to replace our roof in 2019 with a 15 yr warranty. There were several issues soon after the replacement. They never installed the gutter properly. I reached out to them in 2021 again about the same issue. There was a leak from the roof to the window. They did not ************ I have dry rot down the wall that is leaking from the roof. I needed to replace the window and now need to replace the wood floor. There is still no response and the number is disconnected.

      GreenLiving offered a solar panel array without any way of possibly knowing if any of the systems components work I have been trying to get a technician from this company to come and serve the system The operations manager ********* had initially answered my request via phone but no technician ever came I got cheated on the system and my home mortgage went up close to $700 more a month and my SDGE bill never changed I called SDGE and the are unable to help me GreenLiving is not responding to any emails or calls

      On May 2017, I signed a contract with Green Living **** to repair the leaking roof over my garage (remove existing underlayment, replace with new, as needed, reset cleaned existing tiles). I paid them $5,500. During the Oct - Nov 2022 rains, the roof leaked greatly into my ********* tried contacting the business (left several voice messages and visited their office at ***************************************************************************************) to have them repair my roof. Unfortunately, the new occupants of Suite 102 informed me that Green Living vacated the area. I am looking for the company to repair or pay to have my roof repaired.

      In March of 2019, we hired Greenliving Ca for a home improvement project on the exterior of our home: stucco crack repair, replace rotted facia, install new windows, exterior door install to the garage and to install decorative stone on the front of the home. We paid $22,000 for the project and had several issues throughout the time they were doing the work including extremely poor communication, poor workmanship and multiple instances of incompleteness that they tried to pass off as finished. We were eventually able to get it somewhat worked out, though we were never 100% satisfied with the job. About a year ago, the stonework on the front of the house started falling off and despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to contact anyone at Greenliving to inquire about them fixing it. They don't return phone messages, respond to emails or online inquiries and now it appears their website isn't even functional. I am at a loss for what do do.

      Roofing company, Green Living Lic#******* was hired by me to replace my roof back in 2020. Warranty guarantees 15 years for the labor and materials, and another 5 years for labor from Green Living. The storms this past season proved otherwise. Roof began to leak and show signs of deterioration that was observed through patches of mold and water damage. Company has since gone out of business seemingly in April of 2023, and license revocation based on the **** database. The entire job was warrantied for 15 years, but now we're left with a leaky roof (no leaks prior to replacement). Prior to the work Green Living did on our roof, we had zero leaks. It was just an old roof that needed to be replaced. Now we have leaks. I just want accountability for the contracted warranty. The actual work that was done was a whole other nightmare, but at this point, I'll take whatever I can get.

      We signed a contract on 11/19/2022 (which is attached) with GreenLiving to fix and paint the trim of our residence. We put down a $500 deposit paying by check the first day when they came to our house to give ** a quote of $5,000.00 to complete the job. The check has cleared our bank account. We also paid $1,500.00 to the company to buy the supplies for the paint. I have attached the receipt showing they received the money. We have tried contacting the business numerous times by phone and have left messages on the voicemail with no returned calls. We are looking to get our money back since the work was never completed.
