They have what appears to be a secure website online and so I ordered two watch bands, but received two total different watch bands not evenclose to what I ordered and they have not returned a phone call or an email about the situation. when you try to do an online chat with them, they want to charge you five dollars so it appears as the business is a scam.Initial Complaint

On 25 August 2024 I placed an order online for an item of kitchenware. I cancelled the order the same day by email.I received no reply and so emailed again on 27 August 2024, again asking for cancellation of the order.HomeBello replied by email on 27 August, saying that they themselves had already cancelled the order.On 22 November HomeBello charged $69.90 to my card without my knowledge or permission. I mailed them to remind them that the order had been cancelled four months ago and asked for a refund.They refused and have since dispatched the item.Initial Complaint

I ordered a set of 6 plates on 5/28/24 for $173.11. I was told they were backordered. They arrived at my house on 7/17/24. When I unboxed them, 4 of the 6 plates were broken. I took pictures of each broken plate and contacted the company with the images. Two weeks went by without a response. I called and left a voicemail. I received an email response on 7/31/24 apologizing for the damage. "****" asked that I ship everything back to him b/c he had marked the plates with invisible ink and he needed to confirm they had actually come from his company. We had several days of back and forth b/c I was alarmed a company would put myself and employees at risk by asking us to handle broken plates plus I had already begun using the 2 plates that didn't get broken. He insisted I send all 6 back and he sent me a shipping label to do so. Shipped back to him on 8/5/24. The package arrived at his location on 8/10/24. I emailed on 8/21/24 asking for a ship date for my replacement plates. No response. I emailed again on 8/26/24 asking for a ship date for my replacement plates. He finally responded today (9/5/24) stating that the plates did not have his invisible ink on them. He's an absolute fraud. The plates were shipped directly from the manufacturer. He never touched them or put "invisible ink" on them. I purchased bowls in this same line of dishes from 2 other vendors. In each case, they were shipped directly from the manufacturer. The packaging that came from the other vendors and Home Bello was identical. That's how I'm certain this person is an absolute fraud. He has likely already returned them to the manufacturer and told them that I cancelled my order so he doesn't need a replacement and he intends on keeping my money as he is claiming the plates I sent him didn't come from him b/c they don't have his invisible ink.Initial Complaint

Ordered several items in Dec 2023 which have been on back order. Ive tried to cancel order via email and phone and they state that since my email is now different than it was when I placed the order they cannot cancel. I ordered a ************** necklace in September for my daughter for Christmas.I took it to a jeweler on 11/27/23 to have the chain shortened. There was a small bend in the narrow part of the state - that was delivered that way- and I asked him to flatten it out. He said that if he did that, it would crack. The crack was visible under his Jewelry microscope.I emailed the company that day, 11/27/23 requesting a replacement.I called the customer service number and left a message on 12/4/23.I emailed again on 12/11/23 and had the attached conversation with someone over email.Initial Complaint

Placed order on March 13 for dinner, dessert and soup plates. In April 4th I finally receive a package and in it are the dessert plates AND tiny bread plates instead of dinner plates. I try to call but there is no number listed. I email and finally get a response asking if I want to purchase the bread plates for $10 each. No! Why would I want plates I didnt order? So then they tell me to keep them and I ask where my dinner and soup plates are. I was then told the soup and dinner plates were in back order so I requested a cancellation and refund as the event I needed them for was long gone anyway. I was told no problem. No refund. Eventually someone calls me and assures I will get a refund . Nope.Finally about a few days ago on May 4th, I get a box from there. Im already annoyed that I cancelled and requested A refund and they said yes but didnt mean it. I open the box and its just the soup plates which by now is easier to keep them deal with them, bu still NO dinner plates. I write back and nothing. I really just want a refund for the dinner plates. Feb 17th online purchase. LAte in delivery. I contacted to cancel. **** said it was arriving in a few days. Contacted again no reply. They r inaccessible online. Received a delivery notice **** on 3/3/23 of Delivery but item mailed to wrong address could not recover it. No reply to my next complaint. Filed 2 claims w **** and received documentation sent to company. ** has finally recredited my account after ******** attempted to deliver and reclaim $237.90 and rebut the dispute w AX and Pay Pal. On December 18, 2022 I placed an order totaling $61.20 for a glass item. The order number is ***** and with ********************** being the tracking number. The item I received was not the item in the picture on the product page. I contacted them, they asked for photos which I provided around 12/23/2022. Then they told me that their supplier changed the design without telling them and that they can't scream or be mad at them. They also said they would contact back the following Monday to send a shipping label. No respone ever since. I've contacted multiple times via their customer support page and the email exchange with customer service and I'm just being ignored. I noticed that they have since changed the photo on the product page, which also changed the photo of the item in my order. I have proof of the incorrect photo on their prodct page and the customer service confirming that it was not the correct item which they offered a return label for.I want contacted by the business so they can please give me the return label or a refund.
