      I was billed for *** delivery and no delivery attempt was made. *** ************* was closed for holiday , but no holiday that day (good Friday was 1 week later). claimed to make 3 attempts total, but no paper call tag left, owner was present, and package was non signature and there is an agreement with other business to accept packages but they saw no *** driver. This is a "super rural" delivery and the driver obviously never made the attempt. Store owner believes his regular driver was on vacation . I was told that the package must be returned to me and when it was it was charged at 5x the original rate! Invoice #******* tracking # 1Z7FW4750303503064 I have contacted Parcel Pro multiple times over 2 plus weeks and have NEVER received a response other than a generic email addressed to myself and accounting "please assist with this refund", yet each c.s. rep has promised to get back to me right away...Parcel pro's customer service is non-existent!They have lost a customer due to this.I have emailed regarding how to pay for one legitimate charge on this invoice (no way to pay other than full amount through their website) and have had no response.
