      I purchased a 40L stainless steel rectangular touch-bar trash can from this company in 2015. The serial number is: *********. The product registration number is **********. My trash can broke a couple weeks ago and so I contacted the company because they advertise a 10 year warranty on their website (see attached photo). The company said that this particular trash can only has a 5 year warranty and they no longer have the parts to fix it. I indicated that one of the main reasons I purchased this trash can was because their company advertised a long warranty period. I followed all the instructions asked of me (e.g., sent pictures and then a video of the problem), but in the end, they refused to fix or replace the trash can. When I pointed out the false advertising on their site and ask that a manager review my case, they said a manager did review the correspondence and that there is nothing more they can do. I believe they should provide a new trash can of the same type, given their website advertises a 10 year warranty.

I am honestly saddened that the business's response was to change their website in order to protect themselves legally while doing nothing to address my specific issue. I see that the site now states "up to 10 year warranty" but that is not what it previously stated, which is why I uploaded a photo showing that the site stated "10 year warranty" at the time I filed my complaint. My issue remains to be addressed: The company promised a 10 year warranty on products (as evidenced by my uploaded screenshot). The trash can I purchased in 2015 is now broken. I selected this company over others due to the long warranty period. The item was purchased as part of my wedding registry. We were building our forever home and purchased products that would last. We also selected this product because of the auto closing lid - I now have an 11 month baby, a toddler, and two dogs, and because the trash can is broken, the lid remains open. This is not ideal for the young children and pets who make their way over to the open trash throughout the day. I am not trying to make trouble for this company, I simply want them to do what is right. My original request was to either repair this trash can or replace it if they can't repair it. The company advertised a 10 year warranty on their site and they should honor their word and stand by their product. They provided a $200 credit so that I could buy a replacement can, which still cost me additional money but I am satisfied with their response and offer to help.

      I purchased a SimpleHuamn stainless dish dryer a few years back. Recently I discovered that the dish dryer is not actually stainless material, it was just metal coated with a plastic layer to make it shinny. This is a false marketing technique to mislead consumers. I contacted SimpleHuamn with reference ticket ********, they offered me an 80 dollar gift credit and disappeared. Its dish dryer cost more now because I'm guessing it's using real stainless material. So I want either a true no-cost product replacement or a full refund of my purchase with tax. $80 Plus 10%.

      Awful customer service and even worse products!! Have purchased 2 different products to give the benefit of the doubt and they are garbage. They stopped working and no one in this company is available to help. There is no phone number to get in touch with customer service and even thought their products are pricey they stop functioning after a couple of months of use and no way to get them repaired or in any way get assistance for replacement. Sent texts, messages, tried to get on touch via chat and no response.

I tried to contact the company via phone. Never was my call answered. I tried to contact the company via chat also and, again, no answer. The company might have open a case because they probably joined the chat a long time after I requested someone and I had given up but I NEVER spoke to anyone about the soap pump. I decided to discard the product and never buy a product of this brand not will I ever recommend these products. Close the case if you must but this company is ripping off consumer making products that last only a couple of months and when help is needed they disappear.

      Bought the 10L in-cabinet can container last year and it smells really bad all the time even when empty...I have washed it and tried everything but its defective plastic that needs to be replaced ASAP its unusable.... Contacted chat and was only offered a new lid and absorption kit.....I want a replacement unit...worried for my health and cleanliness of house...its unusable....i even soaked it in baking soda and warm water as requested... Please send complete new unit ASAP

      I ordered a Sensor Mirror with Touch Control Brightness $150 + tax on 10/9/21 Order ********* Shipped 10/11 - FedEx ************ with expected delivery 10/14 Emailed support 10/19 that it didn't arrive arrive. Support response 10/21 - tracking link should be there fri 10/22 Emailed back 10/21 and again on 10/22 Cancel my order and refund my credit card Support response 10/23 looks like your packaged was scanned today by FedEx. Please give your package another week to deliver. Once it delivers you can return it for a refund. They charged me 10/9 and want to hold the money until ?? should I receive an item then return to them for credit? An item clearly lost by FedEx? Unacceptable and not a way to retain customers.

      Received a simple human ******************************* as a gift three years ago and the plastic lid broke under their five year warranty Contacted company through their chat function and was told the product was discountinued and they don't have a replacement part. They offered me a *** credit towards the purchase of a new one which is totally unacceptable and not what their warranty says. "In the unlikely event that your product becomes defective during the warranty period, at simplehuman's sole discretion, we will either provide new or refurbished replacement parts for your product at no charge, or replace your product with an equivalent new or refurbished product. If there is no part or no equivalent product available, and the product is under warranty, we may provide a prepaid return label and arrange a repair, then return the product back to you. Repairs are generally processed within 10 to 15 business days from the date of receipt."

      My item never arrived and was told by customer service to wait a few days and still nothing, they are no help especially Brandon and the phone rep who was very rude!! They don't like to admit they're wrong and see the item was never delivered yet refuse to help, I need my refund!! ticket #*******
