    Commissioned 7 til 8 to bring my wetsuit design ready for market back in 2021. They were to provide me 3 working samples. They pulled out of project beginning of last year after my feedback from a revision having failed to provide the wetsuit samples to my specifications clearly detailed to them previously in the way of feedback notes. Also, some things like the logo were of such poor quality, that it was not acceptable as professional craftsmanship.It took ****** until sept 7th 2022 to offer me a refund proposal. However, I am still chasing refund now as he is now ignoring any emails. Had a business consultant look into the contract in greater detail as I was not happy with the refund offer. I notified ****** (who I dealt with) my intentions to seek advice on consumer protection. (see email chain). He acknowledged this and said he will await my reply. My consultant reported a lot of failings and contract breach that 7 til 8 did not deliver in the contract to dispute the refund offered by ******. ( My consultant, **** can provide this report. ) They were first contacted on February 11th 2024 for a discussion for an amicable resolution and I have subsequently followed up with an email of my own on 3rd March 2024 as there was no response from ****** CEO to ****. Another email was followed up. All emails have been ignored which has led me to put in a complaint with yourselves. They still hold over $1000 of my money to be returned but I seek more compensation. I would like proof of cost that the deposit money has all been spent. I do not agree to have to pay for the shipping of my materials. They also wasted my materials by going on to the next sample printing even before the revision was approved.
