      I placed the order in march 23. The buinsess has yet to respond even though I havent had any updates for two weeks. The shipping company stole the package. Darcsport refuses to answer my emails regarding this package. I want my package or the contents worth which would value at 700$. I dont want a refund I want a replacement of the exact items I ordered and nothing else.

      I ordered a large order for Darc Sports Discount sale. I usually have no issue other than the outrageous pricing on these items. But they had it discounted so I ordered quite a bit. It said it was delivered but I never saw it in my mailbox nor around the area. I even checked with neighbors. I immediately reported this to Darc Sport and got a delayed answer on putting in a claim. I have since received no other communication even though I have emailed for updates. I have seen many people have an issue with a lack of follow through with this brand

      We have confirmed that the claim for your lost package was approved, and a refund was issued on January 7th, 2024. 

      When a claim is filed for a package that was confirmed delivered by the carrier, a process must be followed in order to determine the location of the package, this process can take between 2-4 weeks to finalize.

      I ordered some clothing from this site for my husband on January 17th. I placed multiple orders for multiple items and all of the other items have been correct and not had any issues. However both the sweatpants I ordered have fallen apart. They're from order DS-*******. I have sewn these sweatpants in multiple places to fix multiple holes at least 3 separate occasions. For a site that sells sweatpants anywhere from $45-$65, me having to sew them back together all the time is crazy. All the holes happen at seam around the top, about an inch down from the waist. At this point I'd rather spend my money at ****** or something for some decent sweatpants because the fabric is nice and thick but the sewing on the pieces of fabric is very poor. I've noticed all the items have shrunk too, which was fine because I sized up but if not I would've been out nearly $500 from the various orders from launch day.

      We truly appreciate your support across multiple launches, and we want you to feel confident in the quality of our products.

      While our return and quality claim window is 30 days from the delivery date, we understand it can be frustrating to experience issues months down the lineespecially with an item thats seen regular use. Our garments, particularly our cotton sweatpants, are designed for comfort and durability, so what youve described is certainly not the standard we aim for.

      Because the order was placed back in January and has been worn and altered (including sewing repairs), were unfortunately unable to process an exchange or refund at this point. That said, wed still like to make this right in some way.
      If youre able to reach out to customer service, well be happy to review the details and see if we can offer a courtesy resolutionwhether thats a discount toward a future purchase or another gesture of goodwill.

      Were grateful for your ongoing support and would love the opportunity to improve your experience with us.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This issue was brought to your attention finally by a review written in June of 2024. To wait nearly a year to address a customer service issue is beyond ridiculous in all forms of the word. I can't fathom how a customer spending nearly $500 in a launch deems them as not important enough for a response, but all that demonstrates is the message you're perpetuating about caring about your customers, being a company founded on "perseverance, grit, and journey before the rewards" is nothing but lies to make you money. All the while, the general public is supporting a "Never F*ckin Give Up" logo that means "never actually care about the clientele". To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I understand at the end of the day you have to make money to make a business thrive, but selling sweatpants for $45-$60 a piece? You're obviously making plenty of money to offset the cost, and STILL s**** over the clients you try so hard to build up, with your limited time launches and relentless sales tactics. Absolutely atrocious. My favorite line in that response? For ME to reach out to your customer service team. I spent my money on a product, AND put time into sewing it, all for the message your company supposedly stood for, and what it meant to the person who received it. I also made more than one attempt, again nearly a year ago at this point, to remedy this issue before bringing it to the Better Business Bureau to handle. I was treated poorly by customer service then, and at the time, I was shocked because of the image you've spent so much money displaying. But now after reading your response, it seems like that kind of behavior is just the norm at this company. What an absolute waste of my time, money, and overall support for a money hungry organization.

      March 31, 2024 Order #:DS-1310338 Sub Total: $112.10 + $14.95 (shipping) + $7.50 (Florida state tax) + $1.25 (Florida County Tax) = $135.80 Bought two items online and returned one priced at $55.00 (no discount). Refund amount: $55.00 March 31, 2024 Order#: DS-******* Sub Total: $166.50 + $14.95 (shipping) + $10.89 (state tax) + 1.83 (county tax). Minus $18.50 (discount) = $194.17 Bought 3 items, returned 2 items $58.50 + $58.50. Refund amount: $117.00 April 1, 2024 Order #: ******* Sub Total: $272.70 + $14.95 (shipping) + $17.26 (state tax) + $2.89 (county tax): Minus $30.30 (discount) = $307.80 Bought 5 items, returned one $81.00 Refund amount: $81.00 *********** does not offer refunds, only store credit which is pretty shady practice. I had emailed them twice on separate days about my tax refund. They did not give me tax store credit on order #DS-1310338. Only for the item price. The other two orders they have not given me itemized receipt about my return. They only refunded the item prices, no discount adjustment, no tax adjustments either. *********** had been ignoring my emails when they were very quick to respond then. I would prefer to get my money back, not store credit. I don't want to shop at this company anymore and have not and will not use the gift cards they have issued since they are ignoring my emails and being shady with the refund process.

      ****** was purchased 11/27/23 as a Christmas gift and delivered 12/6/23. Complaint was filed 12/22/23 and 12/28/23. Hoodie has holes throughout from deterioration or rodents. Company advised today 01/3/24 they are unable to provide an exchange or refund or store credit due to it being beyond 7 days.

      Our store policy states that customers must notify ** within 7 days of receiving an item, of any damage or defects.  This policy is intended to prevent worn items from being returned, and is typical for many online retailers. 
      However, we made an exception for this customer and issued a full refund on 1/5/2024, which she happily accepted.  I believe this complaint was filed before the final resolution and should be removed.

      I made a purchase with Darc Sport over $300 worth of items and they were marked as shipped with a delivery date of 11/30/23 via order #Order No. DS-*******. It is now 12/12 and nothing has been received and the items still show as pending. *** contacted the seller for two weeks over 10 times with no response or customer support. I would like my money refunded as the package is clearly lost and as I can get no service after spending quite alot of money with this seller in the past I expected some sense of urgency to resolve the matter. This seller has several other complaint from people on trust pilot as well as ******

      I originally purchased 2 items on 8/27 and received an email saying my item was on the way on 8/30. Tracking info hasn't been updated at all. The tracking just says the label was created and awaiting to be shipped. I reached out to their contact email on 9/15 asking if there is an update on my order and no response. It's been almost 4 weeks with zero update.

      I got an email from Civil Regime saying they sent me a replacement hoodie. I have not ordered anything from them in years. It said its being sent to ********, which is where I live. So now Im concerned that the email was either fake or my identity/account with ********************** is compromised. Either way, ** very concerned and disappointed in this company.
