Made a purchase online for a single bottle of vape juice for a price of $28.73 on 10/24/2024. Had it shipped to ************. The juice never arrived and I began asking vapordna for a refund on November 13th 2024. They then told me there was an issue with shipping and I would receive my refund once they received the package back. It is now almost February with still no refund or sign of my package down south. They are holding a purchase i made in limbo by not completing the transaction on the banking side forcing the money to stay in perpetual limbo as it pends. They claim that they can't do anything on their side but the bank(who i also complained about within the same event) insists that they have no control and that VAPORDNA.COM NEEDS TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION. I am sick of these companies s******* people like me over where my last 20- dollars before my payday was held up and I DIDN"T EAT FOR 3 DAYS.I hope the pennies in interest you made was worth it. I made my order more than a week ago. I received the package today. It's missing its two most important items. There's no tank or bridge peices. The tank and bridge are clearly specified to be in this kit on their website. I haven't gotten any replies to my emails asking for help.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company on 2/16/23, it was delivered around 2/28. I tried the product and it did not work, I thought it needed to be charged so I placed it on the included charger for several hours with it taking no charge, then all night and the item still hadn't charged. I requested to return the item and was denied and told that they would be sending me an email asap to help. I have never received any other communication form them. I even called this location and they said I would need to email as they have nothing to do with their online store. I only wanted to return the defective item i received and can not use. I paid ***** for my purchase and I would like to return and get my refund within their return window that says 45 days on their website.Initial Complaint

Ordered from VaporDna.com on 1/31/23 with purchase amount totaling $86.10 Order No. #******* Its been a week, and tracking is saying that my order is still in pre-shipment and a label has been made for my order, yet **** hasnt received my order, to ship it to me. The email address to contact vapordna doesnt work, and Ive tried countless phone numbers, email addresses, and even contacted them on ******** to no avail. Not a single person has gotten back to me and a week later my order still hasnt even left their hands. We paid a lot of money for the items that are -needed- and now we are stuck with nothing because they dont seem to care about running their business appropriately? We have spent hundreds upon hundreds at vapordna and deserve acknowledgment as well as PROMISED shipping/delivery dates that we paid for! Ill have to file a dispute to get my money back which takes weeks/months, when we dont have the finances to just be out $90 to go and make another purchase for what we need. I made a purchase online for a little over $140. When placing the order I received a message about a problem with the address. I doubled checked the address and placed the order again at which time it said my card was declined. I knew I had enough to cover this purchase so I checked my bank and I was charged for my previous attempt when the order supposedly fail due to the address. I attempted to call a customer service number I found and it was no longer in service. I found a second number but it said it was not setup to receive calls and was only a recording which said if I had a question about an online order to email **************************** which I did and the email was immediately returned saying the address could not be found. I've tried all I could to resolve this issue and have achieved nothing. Any assistance would be immensely appreciated.
