    Purchase made for custom Air Force jacket. Paid over ****** and told tracking provided on 3 to 5 days. I have tried several times to contact them about tracking and status. The order was placed Feb 17. 2025. Nothing except a label crated in the state of ********. Waiting for item. Still nothing. I guess I got scammed. Nice to do to a Veteran trying to show he is proud of this country. Prob took my money and sent it to someplace out of this country. A disappointed Vet.

    I ordered the hat on January 19th (order number SDH0068544416) and never received confirmation of the order. I immediately became suspicious of a scam and then looked at the reviews and it pretty much confirmed a scam. I then attempted to call and left a message requesting a cancellation on the same day-January 19th. My wife checked our bank and they had already charged our account!! My wife then did an online chat and sent request for cancel and refund. They did do an auto email saying it will be 24 -48 hours to get back with us. We havent heard anything back! My wife did another online chat-no response. Tried to call past 2 days phone is now not working. This company should be shut down! I want my money back. I am now contacting my bank to start a dispute. They are scamming so many people! Check ********, many people same problem.

    Using the online catalog at ************************ as referred to me on social media, I ordered a military baseball cap. The description and photo of the cap was a high-quality, deep crimson colored cap with TWO COLOR and highly detailed embroidery.What I received was a bright red, cheap cap, with one color, low quality embroidery. The embroidery was sloppy, off center, and mis-aligned. It was absolutely NOT what the description and the photo depicted. Upon receiving the product I contacted support within their scope of return policy and asked for a refund. The company refused refund. Instead they offered for me to pick a different product, none of which I was interested. Their refund policy is clear, FULL REFUND if the product is not as described.*************************************************************************** company is KNOWINGLY providing misleading product photos and descriptions and refusing to comply with their published refund policies.STEER CLEAR from this company due to fraudulent practices.

    I ordered 1 tumbler and 3 shirts. I received the Tumbler ONLY and had to contact them as to where is the rest of my order was as they showed I had received my complete order. All your emails with tracking # show as delivered now......... The Tumbler & one of the shirts were a Birthday Gift to my Son-in-Law............... I received the 3 shirts 2 weeks later and 2 of them were XL children sized. I've been in contact with them for over 2 months now and they keep resending me the same response saying that if I don't contact them within a set amount of days they are gonna cancel my inquirery. BEWARE! This stuff ain't made in the *** either.Not a happy Veteran right now!

    I have sent NUMEROUS emails to Lily & **** with my response and have gotten NUMEROUS idiotic responses asking for the same information that I provide dating back to 7/8/2024 and have asked for Tracking Numbers to no avial.  When I call the number they provide that's supposed to be in *******, you get an answering machine and NEVER GET A CALL BACK!

    So you get my FRUSTRATION as I don't remember ever reporting anyone to the BBB before, but after serving this country for 17 years I'm NOT HAPPY!

    I ordered a military plaque from Vincustom on May 2, 2024 from an add they had on ********* I contacted them at the end of June (via their chat line) and informed them that I had not received the plaque or an email updating the status of my order. They said they had a problem with the vendor and I would receive an update from them. On June 24, 2024, I contacted them again via chat line and they have not responded. Is this company a SCAM? If so, they need to be banned from ********* I would like to get the plaque that I ordered and paid for on May 2, 2024 or receive a refund.

    On 3/8/24 I ordered a shirt from VinCustom. When it arrived, the rank that I held in the Army was incorrect. It should have been **** ** stripes, but instead the shirt has a Specialist rank on it. I have contacted them several times on both their ******** site as well as by email, but they refuse to respond. I posted a negative review on their site thinking that they might respond to get me to change my review, but I still haven't received a response. Their site says that they will assure that a customer is happy with their product, or they will do everything possible to make it right, but that obviously isn't true. I have also ordered another shirt prior to this and was happy with it. Unfortunately, they don't seem to care about making this right. I either want an exchange or a refund.

    I purchased 3 hats from the aforementioned business establishment in early November 2023. It was 3 hats. However when I looked at the receipt I was charged for 4. I contacted Vin custom and told them to remove one of the hats from my bill, they refused. Then I waited about 3 weeks and I get a delivered at mailbox confirmation from Vin custom. But I never received the hats. So I just checked the tracking info Vincustom sent me and it states delivered at or in the mail at ********* ********. I live in Amissviile ********. The merchant has not been helpful at all in trying to resolve this issue. I told him to credit my account as I now no longer want the product and he refuses to cooperate in any way other than to remove my dispute claim with my credit card company

    On 10/27/2023 I placed an order for two hats with this company. They claimed they sent it through the ***** it was not delivered. I have asked for a refund or a replacement. The company has refused. I have talked with the ***** they said that it is the shippers responsibility to file a claim for lost packages. Vincustom will not answer emails or phone calls.

    I ordered a Hat from VinCustom.com over 2 months ago. They claim I provided the wrong zip code and that is why I didn't get my hat. I provided the correct mailing address to them. I have asked for a refund many times. I have not received a refund or the hat.
