    I placed my order 4/18/2023 and when it was delivered 4/19/2023 it was nothing like what I had paid for. The day that it was delivered I called the store to try to speak to someone about it. The guy that answered told me that the manager had already left for the day and that he was going to have them call me back the next day. The following day I hadn't received a phone call so I called again and spoke to a lady who I was able to send the picture of what was delivered. She told me that they used what they had in their inventory because they haven't had roses in the last two weeks almost three. I wasn't notified of this problem when I placed my order. I understand that flowers may vary but this arrangement looks horrible. If you're going to send a different arragement, it better be of equal value to what I paid for. You're not going to say that those (delivered) flowers were the only ones they had in their inventory. You had no other nicer, colorful flowers? If they knew they were having issues with roses why not call me and let me know? I could've picked a different arrangement. I feel robbed of $123.49 and would never buy from this place again. I sent out a message through the Edible website and it was directed to the store where supposedly the manager would contact me within 48 hours and yet again I was never contacted by the manager. To be fair I waited a week to post my review and NO contact had been made. My review doesn't appear to be posted, only the picture I submitted was posted.

    Ive been trying to contact edible arrangements for the past couple days trying to cancel the order ,yesterday I called and they kept saying busy then that number came up March14 now its the 15 and there saying my order was ready so I called the corporate office and *** kept saying I have to get it and I said *** been trying to get a refund he told me I have to pick up my my order and I asked to talk to his supervisor and he wouldnt let me so he tried to call the store it was the same no answer so he continually told me to pick up the order instead of the refund Ive been trying to get in the time frame that edible arrangements says they can accommodate in their policy.
