    I took a **** there for a scheduled appointment but was told the power was down and they couldn't give me my property. So I waited around in rain for 45 min to hour and told to basically kick rocks. I emailed them to drop off my stuff because I'm not paying another $60 to **** to them or reimburse me and got not response. Clearly these are not reputable individuals working there and prey on people at their lowest time.

    Please make sure all your belongings are in your vehicle before you leave. They stole my sons baseball glove. I had 3 gloves inside my truck. A $50 glove, a $400 catchers glove, A $300 first base man glove. Found the cheap glove in the truck bed. Other 2 went missing. As I call the cops to file a report, a gentlemen comes out with the catchers glove and tells me he found it tucked away in a container why did that glove leave my truck? Im still missing the first base glove. They tell you to fill out paperwork and say thats all they can do. Employees that hand you the affidavit form dont have a clue on how to fill out the form or how to process it. THEY ARE THIEVES. They probably get away with this way to often.

    This company is one of the worst I've ever dealt with (unfortunately not the first tow company I've had to deal with). Firstly they tried to charge me 150 just to pick up my belongings from my car while I waited for my loan servicer to release the repression. They were not supposed to charge me anything since the loan company covered everything. After I finally got the release to go pick up my car I am told they sent it to the auction, which they were not supposed to do which I confirmed with the vendor that deals with them and my loan company. They didn't inform anyone they did this like they were supposed to. **************** is extremely rude and blames the customer when they are the ones mistaken. They should be shut down and put out of service.

    i picked up my belongings a few days after the towing and they had my belongings in a bag but when i got home there wasnt many items my car was at there *************** i was missing a red iphone 11 , apple watch series 7 and my wallet with all my debit card and ssn card my last 6 of my vin are ****** i hope you guys do better to keep your employees on check

    The others are correct they stole my belongings didnt follow the laws as far as send inventory of my belongings all they sent was a letter stating I was going to be charged storage for the items they stole, they wiped me out like animals they took my babys car seat my stereo system my spare tire my cup holders ripped wires threw trash all over my vehicle wild animals must work there because thats how I got my car back I hope they realize its grand theft after a certain amount of property is stolen from somewhere cops said they can and will review video surveillance so I hope they find the theirs as coastline recovery swears they didnt steal anything and tried blaming the auction company whom by the way has photos of my empty car day they got it Someone needs to be held accountable hope this place gets shut down

    My god this has been the worst process of my life. Not only do they steal your cash from inside your wallet, have no live agents to answer calls (everything is done online through a terrible generated website), they also damage your vehicle. I had my car repoed on Monday and recovered it back on Thursday after paying my fees off on Wednesday but couldnt get it on the same day because they only accept appointments. The whole process was long, not because of my end but because these people do not know what theyre doing since they dont do anything all day. They make you wait to get your items back, your car back, and just keep you waiting hours and hours. So if the process to get your car back to wasnt bad enough once you get your car back its damaged. I got my car back Thursday afternoon and by night my car did not turn on anymore which is the craziest thing since Ive been doing maintenance on my car for the years Ive had it and never had an issue like this at all. Keep it well running and for them to just damage it like this is crazy. I hope no one has to deal with this and I will start looking into a small claims to see what I can do because this is so annoying to deal with because of these geniuses.

    Coastline towed my rental car and the driver decided to help himself to my wallet in the car and steal 200 dollars in cash. Any company that allows this should be put out of business. DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THIS TOW COMPANY.

    Disgusting customer service by *****, I had called for info regarding the recovery of my vehicle and spoke to ***** several times asking question and it was like I was speaking to a wall. she put me on speaker for other employees to hear the conversation, hung up the phone several times and when I was finally fed up I ask for the name of her supervisor and her reaction was to laugh and hang up the phone. I called back asking for a supervisor or the name of their HR and got nothing, this place holds your vehicle hostage, they play games, worst costumer service I have EVER came across.

    As I read this review , I immediately had to review all calls that you made into our office . Each call into our office all I heard was " YOUR " horrific language and belittling of my staff. Your entire communication was absolutely uncalled for . I really took the time to listen to all 5 calls and each one was you communicating with our team horribly . We continually had to put you on hold , because we had to contain/ gather ourselves in complete disbelief to continue with your verbal abuse on each call . You were claiming to be a nurse and calling our staff the " HELP " , calling them " C**T and all the other name calling and verbal abuse was uncalled for.Just to be clear during all calls you made in to us demanding your car , at no time did we have the release , (we did NOT have a release ) from your finance company .. Not until your last call , did we finally receive it , we had no control of when your finance company sends this form to us . This is a repossessed unit and its up to your finance company when they send the release .

    This place *****. They hold your car hostage and charge extra days of fees because they are appointment only. They are very rude and have tactics to make you accrue extra fees
