      Placed order ******** **** ********* $130 Shipped via **** tracking ************************** I never reciveed this pacakge, contacted the company and they filed a claim and i had to wait 10 BD. at the end of the claim **** doesn't really do claims- so they just said YES the package was delivered. according to DIff- they really do not care and said they will only issue a reship. I am not interested in a reship or their store credit. I did not receive my items and I honestly do not trust this company. I asked for a full refund. I offered to file a report and so on. Now they canceled my replacement order. ***** their manager has stopped replying to my emails even after i offered to file a incident report wtih the police or whoever i need to. ( I should NOT have to do this- they said this package was insured). Now i am being ignored by the company,. no emails have been answered and I am out **** Address is correct- ** ****************************. I have no use for their store credit and they never even emailed me a refund code. SO i am out ***** please have them refund my CC asap please and thank you

      Diff order*********, I am struggling to get updated info about the shipping of my order. I bought two prescription glasses on Jan 3rd and was told it takes 10-14 days to process and such. I've sent a couple emails to support asking to make sure they got my prescription email, and if my order was processing, which support responded to and said yes. It's now Jan 30th, and 6 days ago I asked for more info and Support said "your order is on its way to fulfillment center for processing" and confirmed the construction of my glasses had been completed. Why is it taking an entire month for this, when it's only supposed to take 14-20 days? The status of my order still only says "Ordered" with no further updates from Jan 4th

      Business Response /* (1000, 22, 2022/08/19) */ this has been resolved with the customer Consumer Response /* (2000, 24, 2022/08/19) */ The order has been fulfilled, the time it took was much longer than they promised (about 35 days) but I eventually got exactly what I ordered. I still never got any order updates until the shipment arrived which was the origin of my complaint.

      I placed an order with DIFF Eyewear for two prescription frames on January 9, 2022. The Reference Number is ********** I was advised on January 12, 2022 that due to the ADD on prescription that requires multi-focal lenses my order as submitted could not be honored. DIFF Eye wear advised me that they "do not offer multi-focal lenses at this time." I responded on January 23, 2022 that due to medical reasons I must have the prescription ADD on for all eyewear. I attempted to request a full refund following the "Easy Return" process outlined by DIFF Eyewear. To my surprise and dismay, there is not an "Easy Return" link simply a "Contact Us" page with general inquires. I have emailed DIFF Eyewear to request a full refund for the glasses and cases but to no avail. When a company proclaims that it has an "Easy Return" process but yet the customer can not access it the company has violated the public's trust and has financially benefited from this dishonest proclamation. I am simply requesting a full refund because DIFF Eyewear can not provide the frames with the required prescription by my physician.

      I have had such a HARD time getting in touch with Diff from the start. I ordered glasses and decided to keep some and return the rest... well I didn't know that would be over a month long of a process. And trying to get anyone to respond is like pulling teeth. I just want my money refunded. I shouldn't have to continue to follow up on this for a month. I have never had such bad service from any other brand and this will make me not buy from them again. I am super disappointed
