When my sunglasses broke far too soon, I made a passive comment on the ******** site and immediately Diff reached out to me personally, offered a solution, and with very little work on my part, shipped me a replacement pair of charge. In a world where customer service feels lacking often, this was the best experience I couldve ever anticipated. Well, done Diff!

I love my sunglasses! They are comfortable, stylish and a fair price, especially for the good quality. Also, I needed to change something after I placed my order and the customer service was amazing. They replied to my email almost immediately and resolved the issue promptly.

While honoring their protection plan on a pair of sunglasses, they quickly sent me a replacement pair. That pair was the correct frame and prescription but was not tinted to be sunglasses. They immediately reprocessed the order so I can get my sunglasses AND told me I could keep the other pair, when they would have been well within rights to have me ship them back. They also always respond quickly and curteously.

DIFF EYEWEAR I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase and subsequent customer service experience with *********************** July 4th, 2024, I purchased a pair of non-prescription reading glasses from DIFF EYEWEAR. Upon receiving the glasses on July 22nd, I was disappointed with the fit, weight of the lenses, and overall quality.Given the product was unsatisfactory, I initiated the return process through DIFF EYEWEAR's exclusive customer service email channel. During this process, I encountered several issues:- DIFF EYEWEAR's system incorrectly indicated that I had not received the glasses.- The protection plan I purchased for an additional $28 was not included in the return options.- DIFF EYEWEAR's customer service response regarding the non-refundable protection plan was unhelpful and lacked empathy.I have attached screenshots of the checkout process to demonstrate the lack of clarity regarding the non-refundable protection plan. Nowhere in the checkout process is this explicitly stated, which is misleading to consumers.The combination of a subpar product and a frustrating customer service experience has left me with a negative overall impression of DIFF EYEWEAR. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and conduct thorough research before making a purchase.I request a full refund for the glasses, including the protection plan and restocking fee.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I ordered the prescription version of the Anakin sunglasses from Diff. I mistakenly ordered the wrong lens type and did not realize until they showed up! I emailed Diff support and was BLESSED with Grechelle!! She very promptly answered all my questions and setup the exchange/return for me - making it extremely easy! She was amazing with her quick and detailed answers. I genuinely have not had a customer experience like this is quite sometime from online shopping. She made everything right and did not get annoyed with all my repetitive questions and multiple emails - she is a gem and I am so happy she is the one who assisted me! One of the reasons Diff is DIFFerent than the rest! Thank you so much *********!
