    Im very happy with my experience with DIFF eyewear. There was a slight hiccup with one the pairs of RX glasses I ordered but they were extremely helpful. I couldnt be happier with my experience and this will for sure be my go to store for glasses.

    Absolutely wonderful service!! I had purchased 2 pair of prescription glasses and when I added them to my cart they were ****** for one of the pairs. When I went back to add in my prescription the price had changed significantly. I reached out to customer service and ****** reached back out to me. She asked me to take a picture of the original price and I sent it to her. She then refunded me the difference. I truly appreciate customer service like this. I will forever be a customer at **********************. Thanks ****** and Diff eyewear!!

    I bought a prescription order of glasses, glasses came to me packaged well but had a distortion **** on the left lens that was very distracting. I contacted DIFF, sent photos and they sent me another pair no charge. They were very understanding and helpful and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I love this company and what they do and I will most definitely be buying more products in the future.

    I accidentally bought the wrong size glasses and they quickly refunded my money so I could purchase the correct pair. Their customer service has been amazing since day one and their communication is excellent. Its a breath of fresh air to know you are emailing with an actual person. Its very rare these days and super frustrating. ?? recommend this company on customer service alone. Im hoping I love the glasses just as much! ******* *.

    Zero customer service! Paid for express shipping and two weeks later my order is still not fulfilled. I have submitted three request to cancel and refund my money.. crickets.

    Hi *******! I apologize for any confusion... looking at your order, I show that you ordered prescription glasses. As noted on your order confirmation and on our FAQ's "Once you have placed your Rx order, you may be contacted by our team to verify or provide additional prescription information. Once this information is received, your order will be submitted to our lab. Prescription orders and over the counter customer readers lab processing can take up to 3 weeks to process with our lab and then they are shipped to you. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email letting you know that it has shipped and will include a tracking number. Please ask in advance if any holidays might impact the prompt delivery of your order.". When upgrading shipping, once your order in completed with our Lab it will ship with the selected type of shipping. I do see that we canceled and fully refunded you on your order per your request.     Wont do business with them again. Delayed getting order then it wasnt right. Reached out to customer service and since I purchased during a sale, the glasses that do not fit and have lenses that I cannot see clearly through, are not returnable. **************** was very flippant in their response. I cant believe it took 3 days to write it. Horrible. Very dissatisfied! I feel like I just flushed $200 down the toilet.
