I had a car accident 5/2021 my insurance was with Allstate at the time they referred me to Certified Collision in *****, **. The person attending me was ******. ****** did mention to me that my car was going to be a salvage title due to the total cost of damage being over ******. Then he told me that they weren't going to salvage it anymore because they the cost of damage down to ******. They took 1 month and a half to complete by car as well. I noticed that my brakes kept making noise when I brake, the alignment wasn't done correctly, the grill of my car isn't even either, brake sensors. I did not say anything sooner to the company that fixed my car in fear of getting ****** in trouble. Fast forward to 2/2022 I was driving on the freeway on my way to work and when I went to brake my car did not brake and this happened to me again on 2/11/22, apint protector. The first time this happened I told the manager at the certified collision and he stated that I can bring my car in to get it fixed and that they will keep it for about a week or less and that he would get me a rental covered by them the manager knows I have a long commute to work and he told me he would be there at 8:00 AM and he wasn't the manager got there at 9:00 AM and on top of that I had to pay for the rental + insurance. I took my car back because that wasn't what I agreed with the manager about and he kept my extra key.Business response

Car inspection was made with Stockton kia and completed on 8/30/2021. This was an 4 hour ordeal which could have been avoided, if communication from Certified Collision was initiated on 8/16/2021 once diagnosis from Les Schwab was confirmed/shared with adjuster and car returned on 8/16/2021 before 10:30AM.This info was not conveyed to me until pickup on 8/17/2021 after 3:30PM . $175.00 out-of-pocket expense was incurred. I'm very upset that the adjuster left me a voicemail on 8/17/2021 stating that all was well with alignment and car would be ready soon. Called on 9/16/2021 to request business license for Certified Collison while completing complaint & found myself speaking to ********. After requesting business license(Stockton),I found her to not be forthcoming. She stated that there was many license's .She rattled off numbers quickly with agitation present in her voice (I had to ask her to repeat 3x's): #452449495. I found that license number given was incorrect; correct # 267340.Business response

I took my car to get fix after collision to a collision center, recommended by my auto insurance provider. Dropped my car twice for proper fixing but still have few problems. When I called them up third time, the manager mr. **** rudely told me your car is never gonna be perfect even you bring it back ten times. You can still bring it back and then well see if it is fixable but they have charged full amount from my insurance plus deductible from me and saying that its not gonna be perfect. Im highly doubted that they didnt use the original paint and original parts the installed on my car. Plus they are not providing me any invoice or other papers that shows what repairs they made to my car.Business response
