    date of transaction is August ****** I have a lifetime alignment with Firestone, and paid $200+ one time.on August ****** I went in to an alignment and went to work and parked it for several hours until my shift was done. At approximately 9 P.M. (August ******) as I was driving home on the highway(going 66 mph), my steering wheel went left while my car went to the right, towards a hill. Upon inspection, my whole wheel was crooked and my vehicle was immobile near the exit ramp of ***********. I had to pay to tow it home. I attempted to get hold of Firestone management but he was not in the office, I then tried to get legal advice from several firms since I have never had this happen to me. I did eventually get hold of ******** (the owner of the Firestone location) and he asked me questions that I did not know and also did not take responsibility for the incident because accordingly to him nothing was touched that was broken. He also told me to go through my insurance if i want that fixed or to obtain a lawyer. My vehicle has been down for a month thanks to the negligence.

    On Thursday 9/7/23 @ 9am, I dropped off my car for a ** check and repair. I was told to come pickup my car at 4pm it was ready. When I got to the shop the managers both **** and ********************* were there and told me to go ahead a pay $408.38 after he told me the car no longer started it. I informed them it was fine and had no issues the had moved it several times within their shop. They basically pushed the car to the parking lot next door another business. We tried to reset the alarm. The shop offered another diagnostic for $195! I explained how I was feeling frustrated dropping off my working car to get the ** fixed, and now I cant even start the car to confirm the ** is even working. I had asked for a call from the manager **** to inform him of what the situation with the car was. On Friday morning. 9/8/23 I didnt receive a call back until Monday 9/11/23 telling me, hes having the car towed because he cant have the car parked in front of his store. So they want me to pick up a non operating car which was operating and was left at the business location, for a service that cant be verified is completed because the car is now non operating that changed while in their possession. Also the ** dash, covers are not secured, its lose and flimsy. I will never return, if this is how they secure business. They were rude and disrespectful, and just wanted to disregard me. The manager **** had very disrespectful things to say about my car in general. I feel they took advantage and I received this treatment because Im a Hispanic female, and I wouldnt know any different on car issues and wouldnt know how to handle things. I dont want any further contact with this shop ever. Ive never had this type of experience before.
