    Unreliable Communication Hinders Pool Renovation Project (L&C Pool Remodeling)My initial meeting with L&C Pool Remodeling for my pool remodel went well. The owner, ****, was professional and knowledgeable. We agreed on a plan using pebble plaster, and demolition began promptly the next day. However, the positive experience quickly went downhill.Following demolition, communication with **** became a significant issue. Calls and texts were rarely answered, and promises to send workers the next day often went unfulfilled. This lack of communication caused delays and frustration, leaving my entire construction team waiting for the pool project to be completed before they could begin their work.While ****'s initial knowledge and licensing were attractive, the project was significantly hindered by the complete breakdown in communication. I will update this review if the communication improves and the project is completed as promised.

    3/15/2023 I *********************** entered into a contract with the owner of the business. I was told that my pool would be plastered for $12,500. When the last payment was due the owner requested more than the agreed amount. Eventually we agreed to $13,000. He was paid. Upon the pool being filled and used we noticed that there was many imperfections with the plaster. Parts of the pool are uneven and not smooth. The owner agreed to guarantee his work. As soon as I was able I called *******, the owner, and asked him to come so I could show him the issues I had with his work. He made several appointments with me but never showed up. Also, the owner failed to connect a pool light that he agreed was apart of the agreed contract amount. I have been patient with him, giving him every opportunity to correct the issue but he has failed. His business practices are unprofessional, unethical, and bottom line a scam.

    I *********************** filed a complaint against company L&C Pool Remodeling on 9/18/2023. Since then the company has reached out with a resolution.     Our pool was in need of remodeling. We called L and C pool remodeling Company for a quote, ********************************** He shows up and was on time, came to an agreement for him to remodel (removing plaster and adding pebble) our pool on 6-13-23. He started draining the pool the same day and started diminishing the next day. Our pool was left diminished for about 5 weeks with no communication and when we were able to get ahold of someone they gave us the runaround. It has been a total nightmare and stressful working with this company, as of now we are still missing the jets for our spa, mastic replacement for the edge of the pool, also we were promised a 2nd hand working heater for the inconvenience of the 5 weeks of wait but have not been completed or delivered. We have also communicated to the company to just drop off the missing items, which we have already paid (paid a total of $12,500) for at the property with no luck. We have been extremely patient with them but they just took advantage. If and when we get ahold of them they tell us next week and next week never comes. As of today we are still waiting for him to return our call or stop by or even just drop off missing items. They also filled our spa without a placing back the light which I feel its a hazard, I informed the company so they are aware and nothing has been done by them (had to pay someone else to fix it). Company has horrible customer service and takes no responsibility. At this point all I want is for him to drop off the missing supplies and never do this to anyone else, its been a horrible experience working with this company and hope this never happens to anyone else. Thank you.
