    Professional, knowledgeable, honest, patient and kind.. My journey was very emotional and lengthy. Frank was very supportive.. The decision was made to sell the house as - is and Frank made the process smooth sailing.. I dont believe you will get a better experience anywhere else. Like that old Allstate commercial You are in good hands!

    While Frank was not able to give me an offer, he provided me with information that was worth so much more. His familiarity with my housing community, his knowledge on the housing rates and the value of my house and his honest, warm and kind demeanor allowed me to understand the necessity to wait a while longer. I would HIGHLY recommend Frank if you are searching for an investor. His priority is that you are educated and not just another investment. I am thinking that when I am ready, I will consult with Frank again. His advice is sound! Thank you Frank! We will talk again!

    Frank gave me 3 options with selling my home and there was no pressure either way. Due to the age and repairs needed, I decided to sell as-is and we closed within a few weeks. Seamless transaction, no issues whatsoever, easiest real estate transaction I've ever been involved with. Frank is a total professional, very responsive, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!
