    On 8/5/23, my wife and I checked in with this business on a reservation made 3/30/23 for a pull-through full hookup RV campsite. Details on the dimensions of our RV were provided on the reservation. A deposit of $59.27 was paid on confirmation of the reservation. When we proceeded to our assigned site, we found it was not what we booked. The site was a back in and it would not accommodate our RV without extending into the roadway. No space would be available for our tow vehicle either. These concerns were brought to site staff, with an acknowledgement they had made a mistake. The offered another site that would not allow our RV popouts to be extended due to trees. No other sites were available. Since we were unable to be accommodated on our reservation we had to find another place to camp. This business further defrauded us by refusing to issue a refund of our deposit. Since this trouble was due to their incompetence, we should not have to forfeit our funds even with a no refunds policy.I am owed $59.27 by this business for services not rendered.

    This guest booked a 28 foot long ** site online and the ** site we provided him was 28 feet long. The guest was not happy with the site so we offered him a different site which was longer. The guest did not like the second site we offered either. We have refunded the guest in full including his deposit.
