I haired Avila's Cabinets in February of 2023. they started the job installing in July 2023-Aug 20 2024 I reached out to them on Sept 11 2024 to find out when they are installing the doors they took.I was told I had paid them in full before they will bring them back. $70,000. Quality cabinet with a custom painting that will last. they are holding my cabinet doors until I finish paying them. They have tried to fix my cabinet door a few times the third time they brought them back their employee said they can't do anymore. Each time they came back the doors were worse. I have pictures to prove the quality is poor and the job is not complete. ******** ******* secretary had told me that I could withhold 6% of the job until complete.

I am rejecting this response because: The job was never finished and the cabinets are falling apart. And for them to say that the paint that need to be fixed was caused from our dogs Is a lie they had to even repaint my upper cabinets in my kitchen due to the paint turning yellow. They also had to repaint some of the laundry room cabinet befor we even moved in. I have the pictures of of the cabinets with the paint damaged and kept coming back damaged. And for them to say we owe our contractor money still is a lie. We paid the contractor time and material is what we agreed when hiring them. ******* employee told me that Avilas painter was horrible and that ***** needed to pay attention but he was on vacation all the time. I currently have glue coming off my cabinets and noble's stripped and have been stripped since day 1 and they have tried to fix them. And drawer I can't ever close because the screws are falling out of the wood.  This is an on going thing with their product. They have fixed many of the gliders due to the same problem.
