      The manager ********************* at this company fired me shortly after requesting for sick time off and contacting HR for him asking me to respond to him about work outside of work ant wasnt being paid for it. ***** has told all of the monitor staff employees they cannot contact HR and any complaints have to go through him only.I was the lead supervisor and had perfect attending, a perfect employee record (0 discipline) for my 1 year and 3 months of employment. The manager retaliated against me and took my email access away with proof of this. The manager ***** doesnt allow for water to be drank by the monitors during shifts and they are being told not to speak or talk against the harsh rules or micromanaging. ********************* on employees at all hours of the night via the building cameras and he has proven so by texting me relating to what I said while I was on my lunch and he was at home at 3AM. This is not ok.He lied on my termination papers and theres nothing can do about it because I have no proof as any evidence was in my work email. I have many friends still working there at Wifieye and they are scared of being retaliated against. There needs to be a full scale investigation as this has gone on since his employment as the manager as of April 2023.
