              I paid for car wash and tire shine. I was told to just wipe down the wheels after wash. I parked and did so. Carefully wiping the black smug off wheels. Then went home where I discovered the black smug had gotten all over my car. I tried to wipe it off. This sticky mess just smeared. I had to have car professionally cleaned.

              My first impressions of the FastTrack Carwash on Glenwood dr was pretty good. The facility and work staff did nice work. BUT , now I will be warning others, if your vehicle happens to incur any damage during the wash you will be ignored. At least this has been my experience. I did fill out an incident report several staff members witnessed the damaged part of my vehicle. I have made 4-5 phone calls to the carwash, left voicemails and emails. Finally after threatening to contact BBB the General Manager did return my call.. But now 2 weeks after he said he would contact me again in a couple of days, I am still no closer to any resolution than when the incident occurred.
