            I purchased Electric Steps from Amp Research11/28/2022 and May of 2024 one of the driver rear brackets broke.I have been back and forth on phone,emails,etc with all kind of run arounds.I am told the shut down the California warehouse and moved to ,******,or ***********This has to be one of the worst companies I have dealt with.I am supposed to have 5 year warranty.If they can't get my part to me to fix,I need a total refund to buy different brand of steps.They tell me the manager was fired,other agents fired,are the closing down?Please help.

            I bought my steps from 4 wheel parts in ********, ** 4 years ago. I was told they came with a 5 year warranty. Well over time the driver side step stopped retracting all the way. When I contacted AMP RESEARCH to file a claim under warranty they informed me (after I jumped through numerous hoops to get them the info they "needed") that I would be paying a couple hundred dollars for the labor to fix their malfunctioning part.That is complete nonsense. Every warranty I have ever dealt with on anything automotive related, labor is always included in warranty. STAY AWAY FROM AMP RESEARCH!! They are garbage!
