I believe this is a scam to take my money. They said they were a part of ************** to help with loan forgiveness. They took all of my information because I thought they were part of that site to help with student loans

      To whom it may concern,
Freedom loans is a private document preparation company that does not, and would not represent itself as any government entity as it states clearly on all documents and websites. We understand that there is a lot of information that is gone over during the consultation process and sometimes borrowers may be confused, but upon reviewing the the quality control call report, all the facts were disclosed to properly. In any case, the application has been terminated. Thank you.

To Whom it May ********* ************************* would like to report fraud from Freedom LRS, On April 2022, I was contacted by a gentleman named ***************************** from Freedom Loan Resolution Services, LLC. ********************** stated I qualified for student loan forgiveness relief. I was told to give them my credit card information for payments to ensure services. Out of my $10,500.00 in student debt ************************ stated that I would only need to pay $ ********. Starting April 29th, 2022, I paid $199.00 until October 07, 2022. Then proceeded to pay $39.00 until June 2023. I realized that the company had not pulled my July payment, so I reached out to contact them regarding the forgiveness to see if I still qualified for the program due to what has been stated in the media with the politicians. As I reached out, they stated they could not find me in their system through name, email, or phone number. It began to concern me after no one would respond back to me, so I pulled my payment schedule ********************** sent me for more information. Noticed that there was a checking account made at ***** Fargo for my transactions. So, I called ***** Fargo. After speaking to many helpful people no one could find me attached to this account number. The service representative stated the Routing number is stated as a wire transfer, and not an account number on file. The representative stated that she strongly believed it was fraud transactions and urgently suggested me to File a claim to my personal banking informing them of the transactions from the start date to current, and to flag any future transactions from happening. Attached is the payment schedule with the contact information of Freedom Loan resolution Services, LLC and ***** Fargo, phone number to verify that no account is linked to me for this matter. ************. Please reach out for any questions on this matter. Thank you for your time,************************************** *******************

We received notice on 08/23/2023 from BBB that there was a complaint submitted on behalf of *************************. When we realized she had concerns and was told we may have scammed her we reached out to her right away. When we spoke, she explained to us what her bank had told her about the account number being a wire transfer number. After speaking to her and having our management looking into this, we realized there had been a bank error in the communication of the drafted payment. After clarifying and resolving this miscommunication, we went over her approved and the benefits involved. The paperwork for that program was emailed to her to sign and send back. We will then submit and process for her and no charge. Also, we let out client know that she would be receiving a refund and it will be mailed to her to the inconvenience that the miscommunication may have caused. Our client was put at ease and felt much better after we spoke.  Freedom Loan Resolution job is to work on our client's behalf to put then in the most beneficial programs and make them feel confident that we are doing just that. **************** comes first as we have demonstrated countless times. Thank you.

I was contacted by this company in 2020 and jumped at the chance to refinance my student loans (with a local business, as well). I paid the large sum upfront as specified in other complaints (I believe totaling around $1,000, which I had to ask for assistance with from my family) before moving to a $39 monthly payment. My total loan balance has hardly, if at all, decreased. It was never frozen during the loan freeze, my payments have been made consistently for the past three years. I recently changed my bank information and when I attempted to contact them, I was met with a noreply email and an always-busy phone line where my messages were never followed up on. I attempted to fill out the form on their website, and nothing came of it. Now, my account has been suspended (which I'm sure will negatively impact my credit report which I have fought tooth and nail to fix) and I have no other way of contacting them. Is it a scam? Honestly, maybe. But I have tens of thousands of dollars in student loans that I would like to refinance with a reliable company and this isn't one of them.

We received a notice on 07/26/2023 that our client ********************************************** had submitted a complaint stating she had been trying to reach us and was not getting any response from us. ********************************************** signed her Service Agreement on 11/11/2020 to begin to work on her Federal Student Loans. I attempted to contact her that same day 07/26/2023 by phone, email and text. I then began trying to contact her everyday with no response. On 07/31/2023 when I reached out to our client, I was finally able to speak to her. We went over her file with her. We discussed her concern with her credit report, I let her know that Freedom Loan does not contact any of the credit bureaus. We went over our cancellation and refund policy. At that time Freedom Loan offered her a refund of $936.00. This was based on all the work that had been completed to put our client in the most beneficial position. Our client agreed that that was a fair amount. After our discussion I sent out an email and text with the information discussed on that same day of our conversation. A check for $936.00 was issued and mailed out on 08/01/2023. Freedom Loan Resolutions' first priority is that our clients feel like that have been heard and are happy with the outcome of the service from our company.

I have faithfully been making payments to this company for roughly the past 3 years automatic draft from my account. I started off with several payments of $250.00 then they dropped to $39 monthly. I have emailed them on several occasions about my concerns on my balance increasing, as to why this debt is not paid out yet and for a status but no one has replied. I tried emailing my point of contact which was ********************* just to discover my messages are blocked. I really dont know what is going on here but I want ALL of my money back. I feel like I have been scammed!! I would like to cancel all dealings with this company ASAP! Case File ********* I have documentation of the emails sent..

We have had several correspondences by email, text & phone calls. As soon as I knew that our client was having problems getting through to our company I called her, sent an email and a text with my contact information. To whom it may concern,
Our client ***************************** has been our client and we have worked on her behalf since she signed her Federal ******************** Agreement on 09/01/2023. ****************** also signed a Disclaimer on 09/01/2022 that clearly says Freedom Loan Resolution is a private Organization , and is NOT AFFILATED WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION or any other academic or government entity. It also states you can apply for a loan consolidation without paid assistance. When we received a notice from BBB on 02/24/2022 stating she felt we not reputable company we were surprised. I contacted ****************** on that same date and spoke to her and told her I would be sending over a final cancellation email and texts. I asked if she had any questions or concerns at that time, she said no. Her final cancellation emails went out that day and a text letting her know her file was cancelled and now closed. I spoke to her again on 02/27/2023 to verify her correct address for refund purposes. During our conversation I let her know the refund process and what to expect.  A check from *************** in the amount of $1198.00 #**** was put in the mail on 02/27/2023. As a reputable company our first concern is to make sure all are clients receive the best customer service.

      To Whom it may concern,
We have been servicing client working on her behalf since she signed her FLRS Agreement on 03/22/2021. We received a notice from the BBB on 10/25/2022 that client was disappointed and asked for cancellation of services. Client at no time contacted us and let us know she was unhappy and wanted to cancel. Compliance Team checked call logs and have not received any calls from client, therefore, had no idea client questions/concerns regarding her file. We fully disclosed to client what we hoped to achieve on her behalf  and client agreed and signed the service agreement in which after the six months of payments, there is an optional monthly maintenance program that she can opt out of at any time. All of this was explained to her at time of enrollment and all conversations are recorded and documented.

FLRS began working on clients file on 03/25/2022. We submitted a consolidation with Fed Loan on 05/08/2022. That consolidation was completed and began on 05/27/2022. We got her approved for the REPAYE program with a monthly payment of $0 with her anniversary date of 06/01/2023. This information is recorded in the ************************** System (NSLDS).

When we received notice from the BBB on 10/25/2022 we attempted to contact the client to resolve this matter as soon as possible. We could not contact her by phone, we left her a message. A text was sent. We tried to reach out to her multiple times by phone and text there was no response. She was sent a confirmation email regarding the cancellation and full refund within 24 hrs. Our first commitment here at FLRS is to our clients because without our clients being happy with the ending results, we would not have a successful company and that is what we strive for. We will gladly offer refund to any unsatisfied client.

Our client Madiran ******** signed her Federal ******************** Agreement on 04/29/2022 @12:03 PM to have us work on her behalf and put her in the most beneficial program for her needs. When her file went into the processing department to be reviewed it was returned on 05/01/2022 because this client had already submitted a consolidation. Clients' agent called her back to let her know that we could not help her with her consolidation and also sent an email to her with this information. We also wanted her to know we could submit her ************** Loan Forgiveness on her behalf. She was informed that because we were not able to do the consolidation, we would be charging her less for the work to be completed and sent new forms for signatures.  She agreed to this and sent us her employment verification and 2 paystubs and asked if we needed anything else. On 05/05/2022 we received notice that client was revoking and canceling her file with us @8:46 AM. A manager contacted he to go over the cancellation process and send her a paused pending cancellation email @ 10:05 AM the same day and to let her know the cancellation department would be contacting her. The cancellation tried reaching out twice and left a message. Also the conversation was recorded and reviewed and the Agent made it very clear that we are not the ********** of ********** Client also signed a Disclaimer that clearly says Freedom LRS is a ******************** , and is NOT AFFILIATED WITH THHE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION or any other academic or government entity. This company promotes itself as a way to help resolve your student loan debt problems and arranges to set up a payment plan, but the payments that you give them are never applied to your student loan. I have made pymts totalling $1104.00 and none of that has actually been applied to my student loan debt. It is a total scam. I have tried to call them company with no success, I have tried emailling them and I only get an error message in response. I have to file a fraud claim with my bank to stop the payments at this point.

Our client *************************** has been our client and we have worked with him since she signed her Federal ******************** Agreement 10/11/2021. So, when we received a notice from BBB on 05/03/2022 stating that he was extremely disappointed because he thought the processing fees were going towards the balance of his loans & also, he has been unable to contact us we were very surprised. Freedom Loan Resolution records all incoming and outgoing calls. Also, we have all emails noted with our clients.  Management looked back at all records and there has been no record of the client reaching out to us. Our last conversation was 12/20/2021 when he contacted us with, he's new banking information for he's upcoming payment. As soon as it was brought to our attention that this complaint against our company was filed, we reached out to client to go over his concerns and to answer any of his questions. I asked **************** about contacting the BBB and filing a complaint, he told me he did not file a complaint against us, but his wife (so we scheduled an appointment to speak with her) and I spoke to him twice on 05/03/2022 and also again on 05/04/2022..  during these conversations he never requested to cancel he's file with us. When we first received ******************** student loans they were in a defaulted status and were with a collection agency. Freedom Loan Resolution not only consolidated he's loans we brought he's loan current and put in into a brand-new loan and fresh start.  As of today, we are still working with ****************. During our conversation he agreed to let us to help him and continue to work for him at no charge and any further work would be done PRO-****. If **************** decides in the future to cancel he's Service Agreement, we will do so with no penalties or charges to our client. We here at Freedom Loan Resolution take a tremendous amount of pride in the work that we do for our clients by putting them in the most beneficial programs for each individual needs.
