The company deliver it was subcontracted by ***** to deliver a package to my address. I checked the deliver it website to check the status of the order. Their website stated it was supposed to be delivered on April 10th. The Package was not delivered. I checked their website. There was no updated information. I called the customer service on their website. It was an automated message telling me to go to the website. I went back to the website and emailed them asking where my package was. I was told it would be there by 1:00 p.m. on Friday April the 11th. The package did not arrive. I contacted them again and was told it would be there by 5:00 p.m.. it was approximately 4:45 p.m. I checked their website and it showed a picture of a package in someone's hand outside of my house. I never heard the doorbell. I never heard the dog bark. I never heard a knock. I reached out again to customer service and they said the driver attempted to deliver the package but nobody was home. I was never told anyone needed to be home for delivery. I told them I have a job and I work Monday through Friday and I am not home until 4:00 pm. They basically told me that they can't deliver around my schedule. Is there another address. Well there's not another address because I'm a tradesman and I work all over the place for the county I live in. They basically told me it's not their problem.Business Response

Hello,
We apologize for the miscommunication regarding estimated delivery time, but the delivery hours are anywhere between 7am to 8pm Monday through Friday. We did attempt to deliver your package on April 11th (which was the due date) but no one answered the door. Per Puffco's policy, and California state law, tobacco products require an adult signature, so we were unable to leave the package.
We returned on Monday, April 11th, and completed the delivery with an adult signature.

Horrible and no way to contact the company if there is an issue. Phone number for rescheduling order only states to look at tracking. Passionately no realtime etas and drivers do not ring door bells for signature required deliverys. Website and phone contact makes it look like a fake service. I have post on the message board two day ago and I have also emailed yesterday. No response from deliverit, my order is still missing and the seller has not received the item back. Because the item was not returned to the seller the seller will not resend my order. These are Christmas presents. This whole issue was cause by a driver that did not push the door bell for a signature required delivery.Business Response

This complaint is to the negligent Deliver-It carrier who completely disregarded signage around the building and communication from my building Leasing Office not to leave packages outside of the Amazon package hub. If the hub is at full capacity, then to take packages to unit for delivery. The proof is in the proof of delivery picture. The carrier left the package in an unattended and unsecured location. A package with a value of newly $100. Someone needs to take accountability and provide a replacement as services and goods were not provided while payment still remains as paid.Initial Complaint

I ordered very expensive items from a company that unfortunately does not ship in discreet packaging. My order said delivery attempt was made on 11/6. On 11/12 I found this out as no attempt to contact me was made. The company marked it as delivered with a picture of only a black screen because the package was not actually delivered. The customer service number is just a robot telling you to go online or contact the original merchant which isnt at all helpful as the original merchant says its out of their hands once the delivery company has possession of the order. This is extremely disappointing and I want to know where my items are.Business Response

When an order is unable to be delivered for any reason, the system marks it as "delivered", then creates a new tracking number. Please submit a request at ****************************** and one of the ************* representatives will be happy to investigate.

I sent an email to the email provided by the business and this is the response that I received. This does not resolve my issue and sounds like a way to buy time and not resolve my issue. I want to be provided with where my package currently is, when can I expect the next delivery attempt and where I can provide a door code, or be contacted in the event that a delivery person needs to be let in. The consumer reached out to our ************* team, and they are researching the current status of this shipment. The communication should continue using that method. In the event that the package cannot be located, the consumer should contact their place of purchase to file a claim.
It seems premature to involve the Better Business Bureau when we are currently working with the consumer to resolve the issue.

I ordered a few things from ******, things that will not come back into stock, got the first package just fine. I have two other packages I am waiting for and the driver lies and said they attempted to deliver it, with a photo of my package SITTING IN THEIR VAN. What kind of c*** is this?? Since when do liars and thieves get to have a job that has access to this much merchandise? I contacted ***** ******* as she is the CEO and her response was email me from a real profile she thinks Im some scam!??? Are you kidding me?? This business need to be taken down IMMEDIATELY. ESPECIALLY when the owner doesnt even give a s*** about whats happening. Trust me they are fully aware whats happening. My lawyer is actually taking this to a civil suit against ***** and **** as the proof is just astounding that they hire thieves and dont care. On 08/07/2024 I was supposed to receive a package of school clothes for my son. Deliver-It claims to have delivered my package but only shows a photo of the front of my apartment complex. I instantly knew that the driver did NOT deliver my package to my unit which was clearly listed on my shipping address but instead stole the package for themselves. I reached out to customer service who tried to tell me that the driver misdelivered the package and did try to retrieve the package but was unsuccessful, I find it odd that they "misdelivered" the package but took a picture of the front of my apartment complex to confirm delivery - I have cameras and no delivery attempt was made. I really hope that this company hires more professional drivers. We work hard for our things and those were all my sons new school clothes.Business Response

Deliver-It carrier delivered my package to the wrong address. I provided the customer service department with delivery instructions to my apartment via email. I tried calling Deliver-It but the phone number is useless and will not allow me to speak to a customer service representative. I sent an email to them with no reply. Deliver it courier left a few packages outside of our optometrist office on 6/22/24 @12pm. On the mat for anyone to take. on a Saturday where our business hours are clearly stated, we are closed Saturday and Sunday. We call, we have emailed them, still no answer. We asked the worker who dropped off a package on 6/24/24 if we can have their phone number and we were told he doesnt have one. We asked for a contact number where he responded only his boss could help but refused to give us that contact phone number. We gave him our business card but no answer yet. Now we dont have those boxes that were left on the weekend. They were gone by the time we opened Monday morning. We need them to contact us to go about submitting a claim for all those boxes. I ordered online over $100 from **************** company.I have been ordering for over 8 years with nespresso and delivery of products has always been smooth and never problematic.It now appears ********* has elected Deliver-It as one of their couriers. Bad decision! After reading all the other complaints on BBB regarding this company, it appears to be a company where scamming and stealing from customers is rampant. While awaiting delivery, the tracking information was useless. For 3 days it stated "out for delivery." When the package finally did arrive, the taping had obviously been tampered with and 7 **************** sleeves were missing and no warehouse packing slip to be found. I am firmly convinced that this is courier theft. I have expressed my disgust with this courier to Nespresso and strongly suggested they drop this courier. Going forward, I do not want to have anything to do with Deliver-It, and now am uncertain if I can continue to order online from Nespresso again. My complaint is similar to all the other complaints on BBB and I see that the company never responds to complaints against them. Pathetic and deceitful. Scam of an outfit!
