      My experience with EQHR has been marked by a series of unfortunate events and a lack of professionalism, leaving me frustrated and financially burdened. I initially engaged with EQHR seeking reliable and comprehensive HR support for my company, but the reality fell far short of the promises made.The issues started when ******, an EQHR employee, abruptly left my account without notice in December, just before I embarked on a three-week trip. This timing was known to everyone, including June from EQHR. ******'s departure left a void in my company's operations, especially as I was relying on her to place an Executive Assistant.Upon my return, I resumed services with a new advisor, ********, recommended by ****. However, ********'s handling of a termination within my company demonstrated a lack of professionalism and tact. Despite providing explicit instructions on the termination process, ******** failed to gather feedback before terminating the employee, *********, exposing my company to potential legal liabilities.Despite paying EQHR numerous fees in good faith, my experience has been riddled with inconsistencies and unfulfilled promises. Requests for clarification on critical matters, including the completion of a handbook, went unanswered, straining our working relationship.To make matters worse, I received a termination notice from EQHR after expressing my concerns. This decision was puzzling and exacerbated my frustration. Despite my efforts to address these issues and request a refund on all fees paid from November 2022 through the termination of services, EQHR has yet to provide a satisfactory resolution or refund. This only adds to my growing dissatisfaction with their services and practices.
