I contacted UniCourt & went through their recommended redaction request process to, righteously/justifiably permanently remove my court case from the internet. Initially, they complied, however it was then reposted.?. I then filed a complaint (3 rebuttals) with the Better Business Bureau & was astonished that they did not respect my first request. I am a senior citizen with disabilities that was a victim of identify theft and, understandably, want all of my personal information kept private and not exposed on the internet; I am certainly entitled to consumer privacy protection. It was strongly recommended that I file a complaint with the CA Office of the Attorney General that will be my next step to address this issue if not resolved amicably with UniCourt.Initial Complaint

A public record is public to those who go into a judicial system to seek that public information.
Unicourt is not a real court and is defaming my name and putting me and my family in danger by publicly displaying my address and by producing these court files just by using a ****** search of my name not a search of my court records. Im demanding that this company take my personal information down and to stop using the publics interest in me for its own personal gain.
