    Pattern of Complaint:

    BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints. Specifically, consumer complaints allege in their complaints to BBB that the business is not responsive to their calls and emails. Furthermore, consumers allege that when they are promised a call back, they do not receive one. On February 15, 2023, BBB submitted a written request to the business encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.

     

    On March 1, 2023, the business responded to BBB's letter outlining the pattern of complaints with their plans to eliminate the pattern by working with their legal team to ensure complaints are handled in a timely manner. Furthermore, the business acknowledges that there was an issue with their payment processor which resulted in a legal case filing. The business has since then moved forward with different payment processors and are implementing protocols with their accounting department to expedite all refunds. 

     

    On March 20, 2023, the business filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. BBB continues to closely monitor consumer reports on this business.

      I have been working with LPG/ Coast processing since about mid March. Recently, I received an email from LPG stating that all functions previously performed by Cost Processing are now being performed exclusively by LPG. From my understanding, that means communication as well as working on my debt validation case. However, I am so confused on who to contact now, I have given up. I received new contact info from LPG, yet every time I try to contact them, they NEVER reply and never tell me they will call me back. I am beyond frustrated and would like an answer back. I am currently paying 426.45 a month for their services and all I am asking is that they reply to my emails and text messages to let me know all of my accounts are being taken care of. I am not asking for much. I want to stick with LPG because I heard they are great to work with, but the communication so far with them as been extremely poor. Coast processing had way better communication.

      This company was hired to work in my debt relief after going through their welcome call the had me stop all ach transaction so the can work them this was 2 months ago i have paid $100 to stop the ach and $375 for 2 months to them in which time i have not recieved any communication other than more harassing calls from the debt collectors. The only communication i have recieved from this company is thanks for your payments. I attempted to call and got a receptionist that states i will get a call back in less than 48 hours still waiting on the first call from a month ago and most recent. Am requesting a full refund and the $100 for stopping the ach's.

      We recently commenced representation of this client and have yet to be given an opportunity to represent him.  Nevertheless, we are happy to give this client a refund of all fees paid as it is clear he does not want to proceed with our representation.  That refund will process no later than July 28.

      In March of 2020 I was contacted by LPG/Coast Processing. I had fraudulent finance company accounts on my credit bureaus, plus a few legitimate ones. I am paying LPG 551.84 a month for which they said they would file disputes with creditors, credit bureaus and force them to get incorrect information OFF my reports. This has not happened. I was promised an attorney in Oklahoma, a ********* **** by **** **** of LPG. I waited well over 2 months and never heard from her. Then I was promised a different attorney in Oklahoma about a month ago;again never heard from them either. I have documented proof from saved emails that Coast/LPG just says"received" when you try to ask questions. You may wit weeks to get a call. Often when you do get a call the person claims" I cannot really see your whole file, but we will pull a credit report soon". Always excuses, always delays and very little action. **** **** has tried, but he appears swamped. Absolutely nobody else with LPG has helped.

      I started the process with ****************/LPG on August 2020 paying $394.41 per month for a two year contract. I was falling on hard times paying and had amount decreased due to fact that I could not pay that rate. At the time of reduction from $394.41 to $311.67 and they gave me payoff amount. I wanted to take my income tax to pay off remaining balance when I got the refund. Upon talking to billing they had given me payoff amount of $7200. Then I was awaiting my tax refund which never came and called them back to see what payoff was and they told me it would be $10000. I spoke with underwriter twice and was given false information and told them I could not continue pay. They have not answered 2 calls that they promised to make. I have also saw where the debt accounts have been increasing in amount and now had to contract another attorney. I paid them $3384.21 over 8 months and I need money back and money for emotional turmoil as I need to pay another attorney to take hold of this.
